100 SC minimum redemptionIs Cider Casino legit?
Cider Casino is transparent about who runs the sweepstakes. Mystic Mirror Studio Limited is listed as the operator of this USA social casino, Aevorix Play Inc handles US payment administration, and Relaxing Moonlight Games Inc is named as its sponsor and promoter.
You can also find key legal and safety details on the site, and that includes its terms of service, sweeps rules, privacy policy, and responsible social gameplay policy. To be able to create an account on this platform, you need to be at least 18 years of age or the acceptable age for your region, plus you’ll need to provide a valid means of identification to verify your age claim.
While Cider’s casino-style games are similar to those you’ll find on the best online casinos, you’ll be making a mistake if you classify Cider under the same categories as those platforms. Cider is a sweepstakes casino, and that means real money is not used for gameplay; rather, you make use of virtual currencies for gameplay.
Cider Casino app & site usability
What Cider does first is keep the experience simple from the moment you open the site. You can play directly through a desktop or mobile browser, and the games are optimized for smartphones and tablets, so downloading an app is not necessary. That said, an app does exist, giving users more options.
Browsing the lobby
The lobby is easy to browse, even with more than 500 games you will see in it. Cider uses categories like Classic Slots, Jackpot Slots, Hold and Win, Table Games, Shooting Games, and New Releases to keep things organized.
There is also a search tool for you to find specific titles. The games currently shown on the site are Timeless Diamonds: Hold and Win, Voltage Blitz Rapid, X7 Hot, Money Pot Deluxe and Boar Rush Jackpot: Shoot & Win.
Mobile app access
Android users can download the Cider Casino Slots app through Google Play in partnership with Marconi Apps. The listing showed over 100,000 downloads and a rating above four stars at the time of this review.
However, the Google Play listing describes the app as a social casino without cash or prizes, whereas Cider’s website says that eligible Sweeps Coins can be redeemed. So that means the app and browser version may not offer the same sweepstakes features.
Cider also promotes an iOS version on its website. For iPhone users, it is best to follow the current App Store link directly from the Cider website. Overall, the site is clean, easy to browse, and good for both desktop and mobile play.

Cider Casino sign-up process
Cider keeps its registration short so there will not be much standing between you and the game lobby. You do not need to complete a long registration form before getting access to the lobby because the process is built around email verification.
Here is how you can sign up:
- Visit Cider Casino and click the “Play Now” button on the homepage.
- Enter your email address in the registration form.
- Confirm that you are at least 18 years old or meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
- Check your email inbox for the one-time verification code sent by Cider.
- Enter the code on the registration page to verify and activate your account.
- Log in and access the lobby once the verification is complete.
Keep in mind that you do not need any sweeps casino promo codes during registration. The welcome reward of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins is added automatically once your account is verified, so there is nothing like a separate Cider Casino promo code box to complete before you can receive the offer.
This is what makes their sign-up process a little smoother than sweepstakes casinos that require you to copy and enter a code manually. You simply need to register, verify your email, check your balance, and start browsing the games.
Players in California and New York should note one difference. Those states use Splash Coins instead of free Sweeps Coins for promotional play, although the registration process still stays the same while the virtual currency available after signup changes.
Cider Casino welcome bonus
Cider will give you something to work with as soon as you sign up. You get to receive 10,000 Gold Coins and 0.3 Sweeps Coins as a new player without making a GC purchase. There are no sweeps casino free spins in this bonus, however, you can use the GC and SC to spin for free. As well as access any other casino-style game on the platform.
Though that is only the starting point. Cider also offers many other promotions like daily login rewards and a mail-in route to help you get free virtual currencies. Here is a quick look at the main offers:
Terms & conditions
Cider uses three virtual currencies. Gold Coins are for social play and have no redeemable value. Sweeps Coins are used for the promotional sweepstakes play, and Splash Coins are a separate non-redeemable virtual currency used in California and New York only.
Promotional Sweeps Coins need to be played through at least once before you can redeem them. Cider can also apply a playthrough requirement of up to 20x to SC received through certain promotions. So you should just keep in mind that the 0.3 SC from the signup bonus must meet the playthrough requirement before it can lead to a redemption.
Is there a Cider no deposit bonus?
No, you will not find a Cider Casino no deposit bonus because the site uses virtual currencies rather than real money for gameplay. As a new player, what you get is a no-purchase bonus because Cider is strictly a social casino and not a traditional online casino.
Other Cider Casino promotions
The welcome bonus is only one part of what Cider has to offer. If you keep using the site, you will find out that there are several other ways to collect extra Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Here’s an overview of the latest Cider Casino offers:
How to purchase Gold Coins at Cider Casino
To start with, purchases on this platform are completely optional, and the only virtual currency that can be purchased are the Gold Coins. To make an optional Gold Coins purchase, open the cashier and choose a package that you like. Some packages also come with Sweeps Coins as a free bonus. Before you confirm a payment, here are three things that you should check:
- The GC package’s price
- The number of Gold Coins included
- Any free Sweeps Coins attached to the offer
Cider allows several types of payment methods that include cards, online wallets, bank transfers, and other options you see in the cashier. Because Cider does not publish a permanent list of individual payment methods, the exact options can depend on your account and location. For that reason, the best place to confirm your current choices is the cashier after you log in.
Redeeming Sweeps Coins at Cider Casino
Getting Sweeps Coins is only half the process, and that is because Cider requires at least 100 SC to turn your virtual balance into a prize. Before you submit a request, make sure you have covered these main requirements first:
- Meet the applicable SC playthrough requirement
- Complete identity verification
- Reach the 100 SC minimum
- Use a supported payment method linked to your account
The standard playthrough is 1x, although some promotional Sweeps Coins can carry requirements of up to 20x. Verification will involve a government-issued ID, proof of address, a facial check, and SSN validation.
Cider allows one SC redemption request per day and caps daily redemptions at 10,000 SC. Your approved prizes will be sent to a supported bank or online wallet. Timing is another detail for you to keep in mind here. Normal SC redemptions can take up to 10 business days, and the newer sweeps rules now allow up to 30 days when extra checks are needed.
The 100 SC minimum threshold is typically what you’ll find on many best sweepstakes casinos. If you eventually choose this platform, do not leave your balance untouched for too long because Cider says your accumulated Sweeps Coins can expire after 90 days without a login.
Cider Casino slots and games
Cider Casino will give you 500+ games to choose the one to play, with slots taking the biggest share of the lobby. You will also find table games, shooting games, and a few other options, so there is enough variety to go for when you want to move away from reels.
Slots
The slot library is split into categories like Classic Slots, Jackpot Slots, Hold and Win, Buying Feature Games, Top Games, and New Releases. This is what will make it easier to jump straight into the type of game you enjoy instead of wasting time scrolling through the full lobby.
Some of the available titles are:
- 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win Power Chance
- Timeless Diamonds: Hold and Win
- Hotfire Diamonds XXL
- Voltage Blitz Rapid
- X7 Hot
- Doge Coin Link
- Money Coming
- Fireball Volcanoes: Trinity Series
- Egypt Coin Link
- 3 Pots of Olympus
- Train of Riches: Capital Express
The selection has simple reel games, jackpot slots, and Hold and Win titles, so that will allow you to choose between straightforward gameplay or games with extra features, bonus rounds, and more interactive mechanics.
Table games and more
Cider also has many table games just in case you want a break from slots. You can find titles such as Blackjack Lucky Sevens, Baccarat 777, European Roulette, American Blackjack, Single Deck Blackjack, and French Roulette Classic.
There are also shooting games like Boar Rush Jackpot: Shoot & Win and Dino Shooter, and poker adds another option to the already wide game selection.
Game providers
Cider works with developers like:
- 3Oaks
- Enjoy Gaming
- Kendoo
- Penguin King
- Playson
- Playson Jackpot
- RubyPlay
- JILI
What having several providers helps bring is different visual styles, game mechanics, and features into the same lobby. New titles are also added regularly so as to keep the selection fresh for returning players.

Cider Casino customer support
You are not limited to one contact method if something goes wrong at Cider. The support is set up in a way that will give you a few ways to reach the team depending on the issue you are facing.
Support channels
You can contact Cider through:
- Email at support@mysticmirrorltd.com
- The website contact form
- Phone support at +1 888-488-0923
- support@aevorixplay.com for selected payment or account matters
What the support experience looks like
The available channels cover most common issues like account verification, GC purchases, and SC redemptions. Using both email and phone support is the best route, especially when you need to explain a more complicated issue.
However, Cider does not provide a guaranteed response time, so how quickly you receive a reply will depend on the type of request and how busy support is.
Is there live support chat?
Cider does not currently have a live chat channel, and that is one area where the support setup could be stronger, particularly for urgent issues like failed payments, KYC checks, or delayed SC redemptions.
Overall, the available channels are solid enough, but adding a live chat would make the support more complete and easier for you to reach them.

Cider Casino responsible gameplay
Because Cider operates as a sweepstakes casino, its responsible play focuses on helping you control your time, Gold Coin package purchases, and Sweeps Coin activity. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly Gold Coin purchase package limits, as well as limits for Sweeps Coin play. Daily time limits are also available if you want to reduce how long you spend on the site.
Cider also allows short account breaks of 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. You can request self-exclusion for at least six months through customer support if you need a longer break.
There are also security features in place to prevent underage play at Cider Casino. All players are required to be at least 18 years old to join, while players in some states may be required to be over the age of 21. Cider Casino uses KYC verification to make sure all of its users meet the age and location requirements. You’ll always need to complete KYC before being able to redeem SC for prizes on the site.

Cider Casino gets many of the basics right. You have a large game library, regular rewards, many ways to collect virtual currencies, and a site that is easy to use across desktop and mobile.
