Cider Casino uses Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are for social play and cannot be redeemed and Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes after you must have met the required conditions. This virtual currency system is common across sweepstakes casinos.
The welcome offer will give you 10,000 GC and 0.3 SC after registration and email verification, with no purchase needed. Since Cider’s promotions can change at any time, you should always treat the offer shown in your account as the most current one.
You will also see an optional GC purchase offer with a 200% boost worth up to 450,000 GC + 15.75 free SC.
How to use the Cider Casino promo code
Claiming the Cider welcome offer does not involve copying and pasting a Cider Casino reward code. The bonus is linked to registration and account verification instead. You can follow the steps below to claim and use the bonus properly.
- Visit the official Cider Casino site, select “Play Now,” enter your email address, confirm that you meet the age requirement and complete the registration process. Cider only allows one account per person.
- Check your inbox for the verification code Cider sends you and use it to activate the account. Once you are in, your welcome reward will appear in your virtual balance automatically.
- After doing that, you can either continue with the free-play mode or choose a Gold Coin package to purchase. Some packages can come with extra Gold Coins and complimentary Sweeps Coins, but keep in mind that purchasing one is optional.
- Keep an eye on the playthrough rules attached to any promotional SC that you receive. Most of the time, SC must be played through at least 1x before they can count toward redemption, although Cider can set a higher requirement of up to 20x for some certain promotions.
- When you are ready to redeem, make sure your account verification is complete. Cider will request identification, proof of address, facial verification or other information before they approve a prize request.
Bonus amounts, package values, and playthrough conditions can always change, so what you can do is always check the latest terms on Cider’s official site before purchasing an optional GC package or requesting a SC prize redemption.

Want the short version of how Cider Casino works? These quick answers will tell you the key rules that can affect your account and rewards.
What virtual currencies can you use at Cider Casino?
Cider uses Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are for regular social play and cannot be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins are used for promotional play and are redeemable when you meet the required conditions. Players in California and New York will see Splash Coins instead, and they are also non-redeemable. This is one reason why Cider works differently from real money casinos.
Is there a Cider Casino no deposit bonus?
No, there is not. Cider Casino doesn’t accept deposits, so it doesn’t have any no-deposit offers. Instead, Cider’s free welcome reward is added to your virtual balance after you register and verify your email. The offer is 10,000 GC + 0.3 SC, though the amount can change.
How old do you need to be to play at Cider Casino?
You need to be at least 18 years old, or meet the legal age of majority if it is higher where you live. Cider will ask you to confirm your age and verify your email address before you can fully access the site during registration.
Who can redeem prizes at Cider Casino?
You will need at least 100 eligible SC before you can request a redemption. Your account must also meet Cider’s location, verification and playthrough requirements. Redemption processing can take up to 30 days in some cases, and larger prizes of 500 SC or more can even take longer because of additional security or fraud checks.
How can you check if Cider is trustworthy?
Of course, it is best for you to check Cider’s own information. Cider identifies Mystic Mirror Studio Limited as its operator and it makes sure to publish its terms and sweeps rules, along with verification and location requirements for SC prize redemptions. These are all the marks of a brand that is properly following the rules, and they’re similar to what you’ll find if you look into whether Jolly Sweeps is legit.

Cider Casino daily missions and challenges bonus
Cider also uses missions and challenges to keep things active so as to give you more than a simple login reward. These promotions can change over time and can be linked to specific games or promotional periods.
Social casino bonuses like these are not fixed which means one mission can look different from the next. Cider will also run social media promotions from time to time, so it is advisable for you to check the live offer first before taking part.
Cider Casino referral bonus
Cider’s referral bonus will become better as long as the person you invite stays active. You will receive 50,000 GC + 10 SC when a referred friend reaches $30 in qualifying optional GC package purchases.
If that friend later reaches $500, you can receive another 150,000 GC + 50 SC. That will bring your total possible reward to 200,000 GC + 60 SC per qualifying friend.
Cider Casino mail-in AMOE
The mail-in AMOE is one of Cider’s clearest no purchase reward methods. Each approved postal request can give you 2 SC.
You need a unique 12-digit postal request code, and each code can only be used once. Also, put in mind that only one request is allowed per envelope, and the code expires after 30 days.
Cider Casino VIP and loyalty program
Cider also appears to have a VIP level built into player accounts, but this part of the site is still private. There is no published breakdown of tier names, cashback rates or fixed VIP rewards.
So for now, the safest way for you to view it is as an account-level loyalty feature. Any benefits attached to your level should be checked directly inside your profile rather than assume it is the same for every player.
