CrownCoins Casino app review
Players who enjoy using social casino sites on their mobile phone may be interested to know that this brand offers an iOS app. For the time being, there is no Android app available. It’s important to note that there are plenty of imposters on Google Play that look like Crown Coins. If you’re an Android user, be sure to check the brand’s website directly to see if an app is available in the future, and avoid any of the fake apps.
iPhone and iPad users will be happy to know that the iOS app works well. In fact, players rate this app with an average of 4.8 out of 5 stars with over 131,000 downloads in the Apple App Store. The footprint is bigger than similar apps at 178 MB, but there is no issue with the app itself as long as you have the storage space on your iPhone. You’ll find that the games load quickly and play smoothly, and it’s a simple task to move around the app. You can find most everything from the main screen with just a tap or two. This includes your account info, rewards progress, casino-style games, help center and more.
How does the CrownCoins Casino app compare to the website?
You’ll find that both the app and the site share the same polished aesthetic, with a dark background and purple, green, and yellow highlights. Likewise, both the app and site work well on the mobile phone. The only issue here is that sometimes the site moves a little slower than the app when loading pages or loading games.
The app is more convenient for on-the-go gaming and provides haptic feedback, while the browser-based version of the site on a big screen provides a more immersive experience. Some of the casino-style slots are almost cinematic, and they’re especially engaging on a big screen. So, whether you use the app or the site depends on what type of experience you’re seeking.
Are there any issues with the layout?
The layout of the website is slightly different from similar sites, in that most of the links are accessible via the hamburger menu, which is on the right side (rather than the typical left side). One downside of having all the links on one side is that you need to do a lot of scrolling through the menu to find what you need. Another issue is tapping a link or button doesn’t always bring you to a new page, and instead it brings the content up through some sort of coding. The problem here is that if you hit the back button or swipe to go back, you’re not going back one page on the website – instead, you may accidentally leave the website altogether. This is a frustrating experience, especially when it happens multiple times, since people tend to attempt to go back out of habit.
The app is laid out in a more familiar way, and you won’t have this issue with accidentally leaving the app. As such, the app is slightly easier to use as compared to the website, and it loads faster as well.
App and site recap
Overall, either the app or website will work well on your phone, although the app has an edge. It’s unfortunate that Android users who don’t yet have access to an app, although hopefully an app is in the works. In addition, navigating through the browser-based version of the site can be a little clunky at times, at least until you stop trying to go back a page through means other than the “X” or any arrows that the site provides. Once you learn how this navigation works, then you can settle in for some entertaining gameplay with onpoint audio, graphics, and animations.

CrownCoins Casino bonus details
This brand welcomes new players with 100,000 Crown Coins (CC) and 2 Sweeps Coins (SC). This CrownCoins Casino promo is a good bonus that’s on par with other sweepstakes casinos. Here are the details you need to know:
Since this is not a real-money casino, the brand operates using two types of virtual currency. If you’ve played at other sweepstakes casinos, then what you may know as “Gold Coins” are referred to as Crown Coins here. Crown Coins are used to play the casino-style games purely for fun, while Sweeps Coins are used to play the games in promotional mode. Any eligible Sweeps Coins you collect through promotional gameplay can be redeemed for real prizes provided you meet the 1x playthrough requirement and pass the identity verification check.
Is there a CrownCoins Casino no-deposit bonus?
No, it’s impossible to deposit money into this platform since it’s not a traditional casino, so you won’t find any sweepstakes casino no-deposit bonus offers available. However, you will find no-purchase bonuses available, such as the welcome bonus, the daily login bonus, and other offers discussed earlier in this CrownCoins Casino review.
Other CrownCoins Casino promotions
Aside from the welcome bonus, this sweepstakes casino also offers the following:
This brand offers new players a purchase promotion, where you get to pick from one of two introductory specials. While these purchases aren’t required, they do offer a fast way to fill your virtual currency balances.
You can select from one of the following, but the offer is only good for a couple days after you register your account:
- $23.99: Get 1.3 million CC plus 65 free bonus SC (170% bonus)
- $15.99: Get 800,000 CC plus 40 free bonus SC (150% bonus)
In addition to this generous introductory offer, the brand extends discounts or bonuses on Crown Coins purchases for existing players. Sometimes you’ll receive these offers through the email, but you’ll also want to log in and check the Crown Coins Store to see if there are any promos available.
Is there a CrownCoins Casino loyalty program?
Yes, there most certainly is a seven-tier rewards program available, which is referred to as the Crown VIP Club. You can climb your way through the tiers by collecting VIP points. You’ll get 1 VIP point for every 100,000 CC played, and 1 VIP point for every 1 Sweeps Coin you play. Here are the tiers alongside the VIP points required to reach each tier:
| Tier Name | Criteria | VIP Gets |
|---|---|---|
| Entry / Default | 0 VIP Points | Daily bonus (base level), 24/7 live chat support, Ability to begin earning VIP Points from play, Basic level-up rewards when first tier is reached |
| Bronze | 500 VIP Points | Upgraded daily bonus, 2 % coinback (“coinback”), Monthly VIP bonus, Level-up reward, Continued 24/7 support, Better perks vs Entry level |
| Silver | 5,000 VIP Points | Further improved daily bonuses, 3 % coinback, Birthday gift, Monthly VIP bonus, Level-up reward, All benefits of lower tiers, Greater CC discounts / premium store access |
| Gold | 50,000 VIP Points | Upgraded daily bonus, 4 % coinback, Birthday gift, Premium store / better CC discount perks, Monthly VIP reward, Level-up reward, Faster redemptions and better treatment, All lower-tier benefits, Possibly higher limits or priority features |
| Diamond | 500,000 VIP Points | Upgraded daily bonus, 5 % coinback, Birthday gift, Monthly VIP rewards, Premium store / CC discounts, 24-hour sweep (SC) redemptions, Level-up reward, All benefits of lower tiers, Faster support / preferential treatment, Exclusive access to events or offers |
| Emerald | 5,000,000 VIP Points | Highest daily bonus, 6 % coinback, Birthday gift, Monthly VIP rewards, Premium store / CC discounts, 24-hour redemptions, Dedicated VIP / concierge host, All lower-tier benefits, Early access to new games |
| Dynasty (Invite-only) | Invite only (elite status) | Dedicated VIP host, Private lounge with exclusive slot games, Early access to new games, Guaranteed weekly coin gifts, Physical / real-life luxury gifts, All of the benefits of Emerald + “royal” perks, Secret VIP channel |
Here are the rewards and perks available through the VIP Club:
- Daily bonus (accessible at the Entry level)
- Upgraded daily bonus
- Monthly reward
- Increasing coinback percentage
- Tier-up reward
- Birthday gift
- Faster redemptions (24 hours)
- Access to a premium store
- Access to a social club
As you can see, it gets increasingly more difficult to climb the tiers, as the VIP points required aren't linear. Casual players will be able to hit the lower tiers, but only the most active players will collect rewards at the upper tiers.
CrownCoins Casino payment methods
Making a purchase is never required on this site or on other sites like CrownCoins Casino. Nonetheless, many players opt to purchase Crown Coins since every purchase that’s at least $4.99 offers Sweeps Coins as a free bonus.
Before you can make a payment, you’ll be required to verify your phone number and provide additional personal details such as your name and address, which is a standard practice. Once that’s complete, you’ll have the following payment options available to you:
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
- Skrill
- Pay by Bank
- Pay Near Me
This brand offers more payment options than similar sites, which provides a lot of flexibility for players. The brand doesn’t charge any fees for these payments, and all transactions process instantly.
CrownCoins Casino redemption methods
Once you’ve played through your Sweeps Coins at least one time and accumulated a minimum of 50 redeemable Sweeps Coins, then you can request a redemption. Here’s what you need to do:
- Tap the hamburger menu
- Tap the “Redeem” button
- Double check your redeemable balance
- Complete the verification check as required
- Request your redemption
You’ll then get your choice of redemption options, which currently do not include gift cards. Note that this brand prefers a “closed loop” process, where you redeem cash back to the same payment method that you used to purchase Crown Coins.
| Redemption options and features | Details |
|---|---|
| Minimum SC required for redemptions | 50 SC |
| Redemption options | ACH (bank transfer), Skrill, Prepaid Redemption |
| Redemption speed for | 3 to 7 days |
It’s a good idea to get verified upfront to reduce any potential delays later on when it comes time to request a redemption. The brand typically approves redemption requests in a speedy 24-48 hours, although in some cases it may take up to seven days. It’s also worth noting that this brand doesn’t charge any fees for redemptions.
What types of casino-style games are available at CrownCoins?
This brand’s growing catalog offers 650+ games from top providers, including 3 Oaks Gaming, Playson, M2Play, Booming Games and more. Here’s what you’ll find:
Casino-style slot games
The vast majority of the gaming catalog here consists of slot games, where you’ll find some of your familiar favorites alongside new and exclusive games. Here’s a small sample of player favorites that are available on this site:
| Slot title | Gaming provider |
|---|---|
| 4 Super Clover Pots | 3 Oaks |
| 777 Burning Classics | Booming Games |
| Duel at Dawn | Hacksaw |
| Crack the Piggy Bank | Penguin King |
| Zeus’s Thunderbolt (5000 and 10,000) | NetGaming |
| Immortal Ways Buffalo | Ruby Play |
| Coin Strike Hold and Win | Playson |
| Fruity Wilds | Galaxsys |
| Majestic Claws Wild Snow | Spinomenal |
This catalog includes a variety of game mechanics and styles, such as classic slots, hold and win, cascading reels, and more. You’ll also find a large number of themes including holidays, animals, nostalgic slots, candy/sweets, mystery, frontier, sports, horror, adventure, and much more. There’s a slot style to suit just about any taste.
Exclusive and signature games
This brand also offers a small selection of CrownCoins Originals games. Here you’ll find titles such as Coins of Olympus, Grave Rollers, and Coins of Luck.
You’ll also find a bigger section that’s categorized as the Crown Coins Collection. According to the site’s Instagram page, this set of casino-style slot games are signature slots that are “handpicked, styled, and crowned” by the brand. The available titles include Bunny’s Jewels, Clover Crown Riches, Crown Blitz Diamond Drop, Crown of the Gods, Crown Jester Jackpot, and approximately 50 others.
Table games
This section is small, as it only offers seven games, which are all versions of either blackjack or roulette. Many players are hoping that this section continues to grow, and that the brand includes games such as baccarat and craps.
Live-casino games
This section is also pretty small, with just five games. You’ll find two versions each of blackjack and roulette, along with one game show, Live Joker Show. Hopefully, we’ll see this section expand with more options in the future.
Miscellaneous games
Aside from what’s mentioned above, this brand also offers arcade games, bingo, Plinko, and other non-slot games to round out the fun.
Game recap
Overall, this site is a slot-lover’s paradise with a nice selection of slots, including restyled signature slots. Those who love blackjack and roulette will have games to play as well, but players who’re looking for games like baccarat or craps may be disappointed.

CrownCoins Casino customer support
This brand offers a nice collection of self-help documentation which will answer your basic questions. For example, if you’re wondering how to verify your account, buy Crown Coins, or request a redemption, the self-help documentation is likely to provide you with the answer you need. Fortunately, this information is browseable as well as searchable, so you won’t have any troubles finding answers. You can access these materials inside the Help Center or through the Support tab in your account.
If the self-help documents don’t give you what you need, or your question requires human help, then you’ll need to send an email to support@crowncoinscasino.com. There is no live support available, which is disappointing. You’ll likely get an answer from support within about two hours.
Is live support available?
No, not at this time. There is a chat box that looks like live support, but the answers are provided by “Crownie,” which is the AI agent. The AI bot is not useful, as it tries to force answers based on pre-written topics, rather than letting you ask your own question. In addition, even though it says you can “send a message” to support, that feature is currently unavailable.
Overall verdict
The support at this sweepstakes casino is “okay,” since they are responsive. They do need to add a live chat, plus they need to make the support email address more prominent, as currently it’s difficult to find out how to get in touch with customer support. Others who’ve written CrownCoins Casino reviews have remarked on being able to open a ticket, and the brand itself mentions this action, so players can likely expect that the chat box will resume sending support messages in the future.

CrownCoins Casino responsible Gaming
One thing that many players appreciate about this brand is its commitment to player safety. Crown Coins has a detailed responsible social gaming policy in place, which includes links to resources for anyone who feels that they need some help. In addition, there are tools in place to create a “cool down” period, or even self-exclude permanently. You can also set limits on your spending. Overall, this is a good policy, although it would be nice to see these tools directly accessible to players via their account, rather than needing to contact support to enact limits.
Final Thoughts: Is CrownCoins Casino Worth It?
The verdict is yes, it’s definitely worth it to sign up with this sweepstakes casino. The brand keeps the virtual currency flowing your way through a welcome bonus, daily log in bonus, referral rewards, purchase offers, loyalty rewards, and more. All these bonuses give you plenty of virtual currency to explore the site’s casino-style games that include primarily slots alongside a handful of table games. Redemptions are reliable and relatively fast. The customer support could be more prominent and offer live support, and many players would like to see an Android app, but aside from these issues this brand is a solid option for those who enjoy sweepstakes casinos.
When you’re ready to join, all you have to do is tap the Crown Coins banner on this page, and your welcome bonus will be applied to your account automatically just as soon as you finish creating your account!
