100 SC minimum for prize redemptionsGleaming Slots is well-documented
Whether an online sweepstakes casino is legitimate or not is always the first question you should ask, and Gleaming Slots has plenty of documentation behind it to confirm the answer you're looking for.
Eternal Boom Limited operates Gleaming Slots
Gleaming Slots is run by Eternal Boom Limited. It’s based in Hong Kong with two separate payment administration agents handling the financials. Wind & Snow Limited operates out of Gibraltar, and Brave Comet Inc. operates out of Delaware, doubling up as the official sponsor and promoter of the sweepstakes. Having those entities and transparent legal documents puts Gleaming Slots ahead of many sweepstakes casinos that are far less transparent.
How the sweepstakes model works
Gleaming Slots is a sweepstakes casino, not a real money casino. It runs on the standard two separate virtual currencies you'll find at sites like Zula Casino. Gold Coins (GC) are the entertainment-only virtual currency. Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are the sweepstakes virtual currency that can be redeemed for prizes after meeting the relevant redemption requirements. Gleaming Slots makes it clear that no purchase is ever required to play at the site.
IOS and Android apps are available
Even some of the best sweepstakes casinos in the USA lack a dedicated mobile app, directing players to access the sweepstakes casino through their mobile browser instead. So the fact that Gleaming Slots not only has apps on both stores, but highly rated apps, puts it in an exclusive club.
Both apps are rated 4.7 or higher
iPhone users will find the iOS version listed as "Gleaming Slots - Win Real Cash" by Eternal Boom Limited. It requires iOS or iPadOS 16.0 or later, and it currently has a 4.8 out of 5 rating. The Android app can be found under "Gleaming Slots Gold Casino" from the same publisher, and has over 100,000 Google Play downloads with a 4.7 out of 5 rating from 4,000 reviews. If downloading one of the two apps, be sure to always confirm that Eternal Boom Limited shows as the publisher before downloading. There are similar-named apps on both stores that have no relation to Gleaming Slots whatsoever.
Use mobile for rewards and desktop for browsing
The site has a dark navy, burgundy and black color scheme with gold, orange and bright pink accents that run throughout the lobby. The mobile apps are a much more practical choice for claiming daily bonuses and completing challenges, while the desktop version is significantly better for browsing through the hundreds of games without the need to scroll endlessly on a smaller screen. When it comes to playing the games though, neither feels like a compromised version of the other.

New players receive 10,000 GC + 2 SC
The current Gleaming Slots welcome offer is small on the GC side, but generous compared to others when it comes to a starting SC balance.
The Novice Bonus requires no purchase
New eligible players will receive 10,000 GC + 2 SC with no purchase or sweepstakes casino bonus code required. Gleaming Slots advertises this welcome offer as the "Novice Bonus". The virtual currency will land in your balance after creating an account and verifying your phone and email, so there's a small extra step before seeing the full amount.
Welcome bonus SC carries a 1x playthrough requirement
The SC issued as a bonus with the welcome offer comes with a standard 1x playthrough requirement before it becomes eligible for redemption – though other requirements do also apply. That means you only need to play through the SC once, which is about as low as it can possibly get. The SC also expires 90 days after your last login, so don't let the SC sit for too long.
Is there a Gleaming Slots no deposit bonus?
You won't find sweepstakes casinos with no deposit bonuses, Gleaming Slots included, because the site makes it clear that it doesn’t accept deposits. But you can claim the 10,000 GC + 2 SC no purchase welcome offer instead.
Daily rewards total 1.55 SC each week
The ongoing Gleaming Slots promo calendar is busy compared to most, especially the daily reward system that gives players a reason to log in consistently.
A $1 first GC purchase unlocks 27,000 GC + 1.5 free SC
As mentioned previously, it's always free to play at Gleaming Slots, and making optional GC purchases is a choice rather than a requirement. But if you make a GC purchase of $1, you'll receive 27,000 GC + 1.5 free SC. That's a GC boost from 10,000 GC with the standard $1 GC purchase.
7 daily rewards total 63,000 GC + 1.55 SC
Once you've signed up to Gleaming Slots and collected your free welcome offer, every eligible player will receive one daily reward with the cycle resetting at midnight UTC. The daily reward system includes a 7-day schedule that rewards 2,000 GC on day 1 and up to 20,000 GC + 0.5 SC on day 7. The total across the week comes to 63,000 GC + 1.55 SC. It might not sound like a lot, but that weekly accumulation of SC adds up quickly over a month, and the only requirement is to log in on a daily basis.
Up to 9 missions add extra rewards
The site also runs daily missions that give out SC and bonuses, similar to free spins you can claim on other sweepstakes casinos. Players will find up to nine tasks at a time, with tasks including logging in, spinning specific games with GC or SC and reaching optional GC purchase milestones. Some tasks require an optional GC purchase to complete them, but others are completely free.
Tournament prize pools reach 2,500 SC
There are frequent tournaments available with prize pools going up to 2,500 SC. The minimum player amounts, entry dates, how tournaments are scored and the eligible games change between events though. So you'll want to check the specific rules for each tournament before opting to join them.
Each valid postal request awards 2 SC
If you want to collect more free SC virtual coins after claiming the other bonuses above, Gleaming Slots offers an alternative method of entry (AMOE) to claim more SC. If you send a handwritten 4x6 card inside a standard #10 envelope with your unique 12-digit postal request code, Gleaming Slots will award you with 2 SC. You can find your unique code within your account. Only one request is allowed per envelope, and the return address must match your verified residential address on the site.
Birthday, raffle and rakeback rewards are also available
Gleaming Slots gives players a birthday surprise that includes virtual currency on your special day. The other rotating promos include social media giveaways, rotating deals and GC bundles in the store, Jackpot Raffle spins and rakeback rewards that scale depending on VIP rank.
Nine VIP tiers offer up to 80 SC weekly
The VIP program is much more developed than most other sweepstakes casinos, and there's a significant difference between the lower levels and top-tier benefits that reward consistent players.
Benefits increase from Bronze to Onyx
The Gleaming Club is a nine-tier loyalty program from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond and Onyx. Progression through the tiers relates to playing on qualifying games and making optional GC purchases.
Benefits improve gradually through the tiers including a weekly SC bonus, additional GC with optional purchases, a higher Storage payback limit, improved support access and account-exclusive offers. The most notable benefit for the lower tiers is human live chat that starts at Silver, with priority support offered at Sapphire. Storage is the site's payback feature where SC is accumulated through your gameplay and VIP rank, up to a specific cap depending on your tier.
| Tier Name | Criteria |
|---|---|
| Bronze | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Silver | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Gold | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Platinum | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Sapphire | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Emerald | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Ruby | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Diamond | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
| Onyx | Progression is tied to your activity - play, purchases, and engagement |
GC bundles range from $1 to $200
These are optional Gold Coin purchases and are never required to play at Gleaming Slots, because there are always free ways to claim ongoing virtual currency on the site, including those above. But if you do decide to make an optional GC purchase, Gleaming Slots includes several major methods.
Cards, ACH and PayPal available
The available payment options at Gleaming Slots include credit and debit cards, along with electronic bank debit or ACH. The credit and debit card options include Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. The optional GC purchase bundles range from $1 up to $200, with the higher GC bundles including a larger amount of bonus SC.
Payment names must match, and purchases are final
Your GC and any bonus SC with your optional GC bundle purchase will normally be added to your account immediately. But the payment name of your transaction must match the name of your Gleaming Slots account. That's a standard KYC requirement, but it's important to keep in mind if you're using a family member's card or joint account. Any optional GC purchase you make is final with no refunds, transfers or exchanges available, so make sure you know what you're purchasing.
Prize redemptions start at 100 SC
The Gleaming Slots prize redemption process involves slightly more verification than you may be used to at other sweepstakes casinos. And the 100 SC minimum means you'll need to build up a balance before you can make your first request.
KYC and 100 eligible SC required
In order to submit a prize redemption request, you need to play through any bonus SC in eligible games the number of times applied to the bonus, have at least 100 eligible SC and pass the KYC and location verification. The KYC process includes a government photo ID, proof of address, facial or biometric verification, validation of your Social Security number and in some circumstances, source-of-funds evidence. Once you've been verified, you can nominate an account or wallet with your registered name and submit a prize redemption request.
SC redemptions can take up to 30 days
There are a few different methods to receive your prize after meeting the relevant SC redemption requirements. You can choose bank transfer, PayPal, or an approved online wallet for a cash prize. Keep in mind that Gleaming Slots can ask you to use the same method you previously used for any optional GC purchases, so your choice may not always be flexible.
There's a cap of 10,000 SC per player per day, and you can only make one request per account in any 24-hour period. Prize processing can take up to 30 days, though it's more common than not for it to be much quicker, around 10 business days.
More than 500 games, including slots and shooting titles
Gleaming Slots Casino library
Play hundreds of slot games at Gleaming Slots
The game library is slot-heavy. But you'll also find a variety of games, including shooting and instant game categories that you don't always find on even the best social casinos.
Major providers supply the 500+ game library
Slots make up the bulk of the 500+ game library, but there's a wide variety including classic slots, conventional video slots, Hold and Win mechanics, jackpot titles and bonus-buy formats. You'll find popular titles like Coins of Ra Hold and Win, Super 3 Hot Chilies, Fire Express, 4 Pots Riches Hold and Win, Rapid Gems 777 and 3 Super Hot Chilies Hold and Win. The games are supplied by well-known providers in the gaming space like BGaming, Evolution, EvoPlay, Betsoft, Booming Games, 3 Oaks and Playson. The roster changes on a regular basis though, with games switching in and out frequently.
5 RNG table games but no live dealers
The selection of table games is small, with only five RNG titles currently available. They include Lucky Sevens, baccarat, Lightning Roulette First Person, craps and video poker. There's no live dealer section on the site right now, which could be a big gap for any player who values that style of play.
Rare shooting games featured
Shooting games are rare features on sweepstakes casinos. They use active aiming and shooting mechanics that play differently from standard slots in the library. You'll find games including Dinosaur Tycoon II and Ocean King Jackpot Shoot and Win. There are also a handful of instant games that fill the library like Avia Masters, Dice Clash, Mummy Plinko, Scratch Match and Fishing Club.
Provider filters make games easier to compare
The Gleaming Slots game library isn't huge, but it's well-organized into sections categorized like Hold and Win, Quick Buy, Bonus Buy, Jackpot Games and Non-Slots. You can also filter the games by provider to find specific titles. The RTP ranges considerably between games and providers, but each game has its own information panel, so you can check before playing any game.
Human live chat unlocks at Silver
Gleaming Slots has a few different channels for customer support, but a few of those options depend on where you sit on the VIP ladder.
Email and phone support are available 24/7
You can contact support via email at support@gleamingcasino.com, with payment agent email addresses at support@windsnowgaming.com and support@bravecomet.com. There's also a phone number available at +1 888-907-9583, along with a public help center. The Gleaming Slots support team is available around the clock, with email replies targeted within a 12-hour time frame.
Higher tiers unlock better support
Every player has access to chatbot support from the Bronze tier, with human live chat unlocking once you reach Silver VIP status. Once you reach Sapphire, you'll have access to priority support.
This can feel limited for new players, because they have the fewest options at the point when they're likely to have the most questions. Having said that, the FAQ section covers a range of topics like identity verification issues, locked accounts, issues with SC redemptions, missing virtual currency and game connection problems. So a lot of those questions can be resolved without needing to speak to a human.

Self-exclusion tools and time limits give players control
Gleaming Slots has a responsible social gameplay section available, and there are some comprehensive tools available to manage your activity.
Set GC purchase, SC play and daily time limits
Players can set daily, weekly or monthly GC purchase limits, as well as daily SC play limits up to a maximum of 10 hours. If you've been playing on the site for longer than you planned, session reminders activate and limit decreases take effect immediately. You can request your account and transaction history, and removing or increasing a limit triggers a 3-day cooling-off period.
Breaks range from 3 days to permanent closure
Players can also take temporary breaks for 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, with self-exclusion lasting a minimum of 6 months. Players can choose to close their account, and reopening after that self-exclusion requires an additional 7-day waiting period once that period has ended. All of these available tools show Gleaming Slots takes responsible play seriously, which is much more than what sweepstakes casinos are currently doing.
Gleaming Slots rewards returning players
Gleaming Slots has highly rated mobile apps and a 500+ game library with multiple categories. But it's the daily reward system that makes it a standout sweepstakes casino, with regular players rewarded with a plethora of ongoing virtual currency. The shooting and instant games give the library more variety than most sweepstakes casinos, and the nine-tier Gleaming Club offers generous weekly SC bonuses and boosted GC purchases for regular players.
The 100 SC minimum redemption is steep, and new players are limited to chatbot support until they reach Silver, but overall, Gleaming Slots is a great choice to add to your rotation. If you're in an eligible state and want to sign up to Gleaming Slots today, click one of the banners on this page to claim the 10,000 GC + 2 SC welcome offer.
