Is Hello Millions Legit? Legal States Where You Can Play at Hello Millions
Hello Millions is legit. The site is owned and operated by European company B-Two Operations Limited, which is registered in the Isle of Man. Hello Millions clearly states on its website that its games are free to play, with no purchase required, indicating it complies with US state regulations and laws.
The site also uses TLS encryption to keep your data safe and provides reputable purchase and redemption methods. You also won’t find Hello Millions in several states where sweepstakes gaming is prohibited – this compliance underscores the site's legitimacy.
Below is a list of the states where you can access Hello Millions:
Hello Millions App Review
First up in this Hello Millions review is whether you can access the platform on mobile and what usability you can expect. Since it’s not one of the new sweepstakes casinos out there, Hello Millions provides both a downloadable application and a mobile-optimized site. But the app isn’t available to all players.
How Hello Millions Works
Hello Millions is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t offer real money play. Instead, you use virtual currencies, Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) to play the games on offer.
- Gold Coins (GC) – are only used to play games in standard mode and they have no monetary value. You can get them by claiming bonuses, playing games, or purchasing GC bundles.
- Sweeps Coins (SC) – have two functions: you can use them to play games in promotional mode and redeem prizes. They don’t have monetary value and you can’t purchase them. Instead you get SC through promos, playing games, and as freebies in GC bundles. You’ll need to collect a certain number of SC and play through them at least once before you can redeem them.
Android Users Have an App
Hello Millions has established a downloadable app for Android users. The application is quick to download from the Google Play Store, has over 500,000 downloads, and a rating of 3.6/5. Navigating the app is simple; all menus and buttons are intuitively placed, so you can easily move around.
One area where Hello Millions could improve this app is the gaming. While the online platform offers arcade games, table games, and live dealer options, the app only has slots. Yes, there are 1,500 of them, but you’re limited in gaming style.
The theme and color scheme of the app match Hello Millions’ cartoon-style website, so you can tell instantly they are the same platform.
Can iOS Users Play at Hello Millions on Mobile
There is no Hello Millions app for iOS players. Instead, the website is mobile-optimized, so you can search for the platform in Safari on your device.
While it is a little more time-consuming to load the site this way (rather than tapping an icon), iOS users are at an advantage. The site you’re accessing is the same one you visit online, so you’ll find all the same games, features, and promos.
The layout is very similar to the online website, so it’s easy to navigate from one section to another. One small difference is that the menus are placed at the bottom of the page to better fit mobile use.
How Hello Millions’ Mobile Platforms Compare
Overall, both the downloadable app and the optimized website have their pros and cons. While the app loads quickly and doesn’t require you to sign in each time, it uses 33.96 MB of your device's memory, is only available on Android, and only features slot gaming.
In comparison, the mobile-optimized website takes a little longer to launch, and you’ll need to sign in each time. But it doesn’t take up space on your device, and it gives you access to all the site’s games, including live dealer options and arcade games. Additionally, this option is available to iOS and Android users.

No, you won’t find a top sweepstakes casino no deposit bonus at Hello Millions. The reason for this is that the site doesn’t require you to make purchases or deposit funds to play, so all promos you claim are essentially deposit-free offers.
Other Hello Millions Promotions – What’s On Offer
Once you’ve claimed the Hello Millions welcome offer, you can go on to unlock several ongoing promotions. These give you access to even more Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, so you can keep playing. Here is a list of the top options you may want to claim:

Hello Millions Purchase Methods
If you’re playing at Hello Millions and you run out of Gold Coins, you have the option to make a GC bundle purchase so that you can keep playing. This means that Hello Millions offers several purchase methods, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Discover
These methods are all simple to use and process instantly, so you won’t have to wait around for your GC to show in your profile.
It is important to remember that while you purchase these GC bundles, the Gold Coins themselves have no monetary value and you cannot redeem them for cash or prizes.
Hello Millions Redemptions
Like all sweepstakes casinos, Hello Millions lets you play through and collect eligible Sweeps Coins, which you can then redeem for cash prizes. The site offers fair redemption terms, so redeeming your prizes is pretty simple. Compared to sites like Legendz, which require at least 50 SC for gift cards and 100 SC for cash prize redemption, Hello Millions has a lower requirement.
You’ll need to play through your SC 1x and have 10 SC for a gift card or 50+ SC for a cash prize. The site gives you two ways to redeem:
- Electronic gift cards – take up to 3 days
- ACH bank transfer – takes up to 10 days
While the overall redemption requirements are fair, the redemption times are lengthy and could be better.

Here are some of the progressive jackpot games available:
- Rhino Coins Hit the Bonus (Power Chance)
- 4 Supercharged Clovers
- Thundercoins XXL Multicoin
- 1000x Golden Penny
Under this tab, you’ll also find the latest details on the Hello Millions on-site jackpots, such as what the prize pools are currently sitting at, when the last win was landed, and how many GC/SC were won.
Live Dealer Games
If you prefer more interactive games, Hello Millions has a live dealer suite featuring table and game show games. These play out in real time in a studio with a live dealer. You outline your next move to the dealer using live chat, and they place your chips on the table for you.
While the range of electronic table games is limited, the live dealer options are much more diverse. Some of the more popular titles include:
- Bubble Craps
- Grand Bonus Baccarat
- 7 Seats Blackjack Neon

When it comes time to redeem prizes, you’ll only need 10 played-through SC to get a gift card. Hello Millions supports online and mobile play, and while there is only an Android app, iOS users can still play on the go.
