McLuck legitimacy and available states
McLuck runs on a sweepstakes model rather than a real money casino model, which changes the way the entire site works compared to what you might be used to.
B-Two Operations Limited runs McLuck
B-Two Operations Limited is the company behind McLuck, with the site explicitly stating that it doesn't offer real money gambling. Instead, it runs on two virtual currencies where Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment-play only with no chance of redemption, and Sweepstakes Coins (SC), which are for sweepstakes play and can be redeemed for prizes after meeting the relevant redemption requirements. Players can't purchase SC directly, but can collect them from one of the best no purchase bonuses available at sweepstakes casinos, as well as daily bonuses, social media giveaways, mail-in requests and other ongoing bonuses. Players never need to make a purchase on McLuck, but optional GC purchases can be made that often come with bonus SC.
McLuck is available in 32 states
McLuck is currently available in 32 states in the US. Players must also be at least 21 to access the site, or the higher local age majority, despite the App Store listing a lower age rating. Your physical location matters too, so location services will need to be active when accessing the site.
Reviewing the McLuck app
Players can access McLuck in three different ways, and the best option depends on how often you plan to play on the site.

McLuck bonuses start with 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC
McLuck offers a free welcome bonus and a separate optional first purchase offer that work independently of each other.
Claim 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC just for creating an account
New eligible players to McLuck receive 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC just for creating an account and confirming an email address, with no purchase and no McLuck promo code required. The virtual currency amounts are in line with some of the most popular sweepstakes casinos, with 2.5 SC being on the more generous end of the scale. The 2.5 SC gives you access to play games in sweepstakes mode from day one.
Choose from nine offers across your first three optional GC purchases
After claiming the welcome bonus, McLuck also offers a three-stage optional GC purchase bonus, with each GC purchase tier offering different price points. The first optional GC purchase unlocks the first set of options, the second GC purchase unlocks different options and the third GC purchase unlocks different options again. As well as the GC and free SC, some tiers also include spins on the Lucky Wheel, Bronze Wheel and Silver Wheel. Each one offers another chance to win free SC on top of what's already included in the GC bundle. It's always free to play at McLuck, so these GC purchases are entirely optional and not required at any point. If you are looking for the best sweepstakes casino promo codes, you can also do so by looking directly at McLuck’s promotions page.

Is there a McLuck no deposit bonus?
McLuck doesn't accept deposits in the traditional way casinos do. But McLuck does offer a no purchase bonus, which is the 7,500 GC + 2.5 free Sweeps Coins eligible players can claim when signing up and verifying an email address.
Daily rewards, tournaments, and seasonal promotions
The latest McLuck offers include a rotating set of promotions after the welcome offer and first purchase offers. Many of these are personalized to individual accounts, so what you see might be different from what another player on the site sees.
Claim daily bonuses and enter tournaments
All eligible players can receive sweepstakes casino daily login bonuses every 24 hours, but McLuck doesn't give a set amount to each player. So what you receive may look different each day. The McLuck Jackpot system is a progressive setup that players can opt into with Mini, Minor, Major and Grand tiers. McLuck also runs leaderboard tournaments across selected slots and live games where your ranking determines how much free virtual currency you win, rather than an individual spin. Referring a friend to McLuck can award up to 200,000 GC + 100 free SC, but the referred player needs to complete qualifying tasks, which includes making an optional GC purchase.
Past promotions have included up to 250 SC + 250 free spins
McLuck runs seasonal offers, social media giveaways, email promotions and influencer streams on a regular basis. These change frequently, but a past example back in April 2026 offered players a birthday promo code, giving them 66,000 GC + 33 SC + 33 sweepstakes casino free spins. The more recent July 2026 promo went up to 500,000 GC + 250 free SC + 250 free spins. Neither of those are available today, but McLuck runs these special promotions frequently, so keep an eye out for the next one.
Eight loyalty tiers from Iron to Black Diamond
McLuck features a loyalty program based entirely on your GC played on the site, rather than any optional GC purchases made. That’s rare compared to other sweepstakes casinos.
Monthly tiers last up to 3 months
The tiers go from Bronze to Platinum and work on a monthly cycle. Once you hit a tier, you keep it for the rest of the month, plus the following two months afterwards. The Ruby, Diamond and Black Diamond tiers switch to an annual cycle, where you'll stay within that level for the rest of the calendar year, plus the first three months of the following year. The jump from Platinum to Ruby is substantial though, and it's clear the upper tiers are targeted more towards high-volume players than casual ones.
Ruby unlocks a personal host and tailored rewards
VIP access begins at Ruby and includes a personal 24/7 host, tailored rewards, a joining bundle, a monthly newsletter, exclusive coin boosts and weekly Wall of Fame tournaments. Here is an overview of the tiers at McLuck:
| Tier Name | Criteria | VIP Gets |
|---|---|---|
| Iron | Automatic entry; start level | 0% weekly coin boost |
| Bronze | Play 500,000 GC/month | 25% weekly coin boost |
| Silver | Play 3,000,000 GC/month | 30% weekly coin boost |
| Gold | Play 15,000,000 GC/month | 35% weekly coin boost |
| Platinum | Play 60,000,000 GC/month | 40% weekly coin boost + welcome reward up to 100,000 GC |
| Ruby | Play 500,000,000 GC/year | 50% weekly coin boost + welcome reward up to 500,000 GC + VIP access |
| Diamond | Play 2,500,000,000 GC/year | 75% weekly coin boost + welcome reward up to 2,000,000 GC + VIP access |
| Black Diamond | Play 12,500,000,000 GC/year | 100% weekly coin boost + welcome reward up to 5,000,000 GC + VIP access |
Optional GC bundle purchase using Visa, Mastercard, and other methods
As mentioned earlier, it's always free to play at McLuck and purchases are never required. But if you do decide to make a GC purchase, there are several different payment methods available on the site.
GC bundles range from $1.99 to $99.99
The current available purchase methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with the standard optional GC bundles ranging from $1.99 to $99.99. The selection might seem more limited compared to other sweepstakes casinos that allow crypto, but the main payment methods are covered for most US players.
Your payment name must match your account
There are a few purchase conditions to be aware of when making purchases on McLuck and sites like it. The name on the payment method used must match the registered account name with McLuck, meaning borrowing someone else's card or using a business account will flag your GC purchase. That could also cause issues down the line when trying to redeem SC prizes after meeting the relevant redemption requirements. GC purchases go through instantly in most cases, but some banks' external processing can add a short delay. The charge in your bank account will show B-Two Operations Limited rather than McLuck, so keep an eye out for that name on your statement.
Redemption starts at 10 SC for gift cards
Only eligible SC can be redeemed for prizes after meeting the relevant requirements, including minimum SC requirements and KYC.
Cash prizes start at 75 SC
McLuck has a 10 SC minimum for gift card redemptions, with the cash prize minimum redemption at 75 SC, making the gift card option the lower entry point of the two. McLuck aims to process gift cards in 24 to 48 hours, with a longer time frame of 10 days for cash prizes via bank transfer.
Before an SC redemption can be requested, all SC has a 1x playthrough requirement, meaning it needs to be played through at least once on eligible games. McLuck limits players to only one redemption for every 48-hour period, and as mentioned earlier, the redemption method for a cash prize must match the same legal name as the McLuck account.
Complete verification before making a redemption request
McLuck verifies players' identity through Veriff, and you'll be unable to process a prize redemption until that process is complete. You’ll need to upload a live photograph of an unexpired passport, driver's license or state/national identity card as well as proof of address dated within the last 90 days.
Your files need to be clear with every corner visible on the screen otherwise they'll be rejected. McLuck evaluates documents within 48 hours, but they may request payment ownership or source-of-funds evidence, which can add further delays to the process. It's recommended to complete verification as soon as possible rather than waiting until you're eligible for a redemption to avoid the risk of losing a balance to the inactivity clock.
1,500+ slots, live games and arcade titles

Preview the exclusive games available at McLuck
McLuck currently features 1,500+ games in its library, with new titles added on a weekly basis.
Slots dominate the library with filters for theme and volatility
Slots make up the bulk of the McLuck game library with a range of different mechanics including classic reels, Hold and Win, Megaways, cascading reels, Play the Feature and progressive jackpots. There's a helpful filtering system that allows you to search games by provider, theme and volatility level.
You'll find popular titles like 4 Pots Riches Hold and Win, Lucky Penny Power Scatter, Voltage Blitz Rapid, Legend of Cleopatra Megaways, Black Wolf Hold and Win and Royal Coins Hold and Win. The games are supplied by well-known studios like Playtech, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming, Playson, EvoPlay, BGaming, Betsoft and Habanero amongst many others.
Live tables and video poker offer more choice beyond slots
On top of the huge slot selection, McLuck also offers live roulette, blackjack, live poker and live casino game shows. Not every sweepstakes casino offers these, so it gives players access to more options than purely slot-focused games. Popular titles include Blackjack Suited McLuck, Blackjack Bonus Wheel 1000, Jacks or Better 4000 Power Poker and Deuces Wild Power Poker.
Plinko and McLuck Originals offer a different style of play
McLuck's arcade selection features a different set of games from standard slots and table games. The outcomes are based on physics-style mechanics rather than card hands or reel spins. Plinko is one of the most popular formats on the site, where a ball drops down a grid of pegs and lands in a prize slot at the bottom. McLuck also features McLuck Originals within its arcade category, which gives players exclusive content that isn't available at any other sweepstakes casino. The selection here is smaller than the slot library and won't be the main draw for most players, but it adds a different style of play for players looking to break up their standard slot sessions.
Contact McLuck by live chat, email, phone or online form
There are a number of different support channels available at McLuck, but what's available to you depends on your account status. The main support options are a contact form, email address at support@mcluck.com and a phone number at +1 719 624-7938. McLuck advertises 24/7 support for all queries, with live chat being a benefit to players who have made optional GC purchases. The 24/7 availability seems to apply to the live chat, and other responses may take up to 48 hours, depending on the volume of inquiries McLuck has in the queue. McLuck's Trustpilot reviews are positive when it comes to customer support, and McLuck responds to almost every negative review on the site.
Set purchase and session limits
McLuck is a social gaming site, but it still includes player controls for both spending and time limits that mirror responsible gambling tools on traditional casino sites.
To reiterate, it's always free to play at McLuck with ongoing ways to collect both GC and SC with no purchase necessary. But if you want to create a monthly GC purchase limit, you can do so on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. These apply immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period if the removal is requested. If you choose a daily session limit, you'll be logged out of the site and gameplay will be blocked until the following day once you've reached that time.
McLuck deserves a place in your regular sweepstakes casino rotation
McLuck is a sweepstakes casino with 1,500+ games, official apps for both iOS and Android, live dealer content options and an eight-tier loyalty program that places it as one of the best sweepstakes casinos in the space right now. The 10 SC gift card minimum after meeting the other relevant redemption requirements is one of the lowest out there, and the optional GC purchase offers add substantial value.
If you're in an eligible state and want to add McLuck to your sweepstakes casino rotation, click one of the banners on this page and claim your 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC welcome offer.
