Is PICKEM Legit?
PICKEM Casino works differently from real money casinos. Joyloop Inc stands behind PICKEM Casino as the sole sponsor of its sweepstakes, registered out of Delaware, and its official rules spell out how the sweepstakes program operates, including the mail-in method that lets you request free SC by post.
PICKEM is void in
under those rules. Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, and Louisiana have also restricted sweepstakes play under state law, even though PICKEM's posted terms have not caught up to list them yet. State law overrides posted terms, so consider the platform as off-limits if you reside in any of those states.
Redeeming eligible Sweeps Coins from the social casino asks for a full identity and facial verification check, including a government-issued ID and a live selfie. PICKEM states that this staged approach exists to protect your account. Beyond those verification stages, PICKEM secures every account through HTTPS encryption carried by SSL. This protects data moving between your device and PICKEM while you register, complete each verification stage, or submit an SC redemption request.
Is there a PICKEM Casino mobile app?
PICKEM started as an app-only social casino before its desktop version was released, and both have kept pace with each other since, so if you are switching between a phone and a laptop, you'll find the same account, the same virtual currency balance, and largely the same layout on either screen.
On the Apple App Store, the listing has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 across roughly 4,200 reviews making it one of the best sweepstakes casinos USA users can download. PICKEM reviews are mixed with some users praising the range of casino-style games and the sign-up offer, while others describe repeated verification requests before an eligible Sweeps Coins redemption.
The Google Play listing shows more than 50,000 downloads and carries its own content descriptor, separate from how PICKEM's own sweepstakes rules describe the platform, though that does not change how the sweepstakes rules apply. If you try to install from a state where sweepstakes play is restricted, expect the store listing itself to block the download rather than let you sign up and find out later.
The layout stays the same whether you open PICKEM through its app or through your browser. A fixed menu sits on the left, holding Lobby, Shop, VIP, Affiliate, Account, and Support. A row of quick filter buttons sits across the top of the game area, covering Lobby, Slots, Arcade, and Table Games. Moving between categories takes just one tap on either version.

What is the PICKEM Casino bonus offer?
PICKEM Casino is a sweepstakes casino that uses virtual currencies only. Gold Coins exist purely for entertainment play, while Sweeps Coins are for sweepstakes entries and can be redeemed once account rules are met. PICKEM’s sweepstakes casino free spins come through its welcome bonus, daily bonus, and other limited offers. These promotions can be used on selected games, depending on the terms of each promotion.
Sign up through the website or the Google Play listing and PICKEM offers 50,000 Gold Coins and 1 Sweeps Coin to your account the moment registration finishes. No PICKEM promo code is needed to claim it, though the sign-up page does include a separate field for an optional referral code.
Install through the Apple App Store instead, and that same welcome offer rises to 50,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins, an offer that only shows up in the App Store listing and not on the desktop site. PICKEM’s welcome offer is not a sweepstakes casino no deposit bonus offer because sweepstakes casinos do not take deposits. Instead, they use virtual currencies such as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
Is there a PICKEM no deposit bonus?
No. PICKEM does not offer a no deposit bonus, because sweepstakes casinos do not take deposits at all. PICKEM uses only virtual currencies, Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, and no purchase is necessary to play.
Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins arrive through registration, daily bonuses, and other promotional methods rather than through any kind of deposit. For users who want to extend their playtime beyond what those additions cover, PICKEM offers optional Gold Coins bundles inside its Shop. The first of these, aimed directly at new users, starts at $9.99 and adds 200,000 Gold Coins alongside 20.00 bonus Sweeps Coins.
What other PICKEM promotions are available?
Beyond the welcome bonus, PICKEM keeps several other promotions active for returning users.
Daily bonus streak
PICKEM awards Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins the longer you keep returning each day. Day one offers 1,500 Gold Coins for all users who log in 24 hours after registration, and by day three, PICKEM adds 4,500 Gold Coins alongside 0.05 Sweeps Coins.
From day four, you can claim 6,000 Gold Coins alongside 0.1 Sweeps Coins, and day six rewards 10,000 Gold Coins alongside 0.2 Sweeps Coins. Day seven and every day after it stays locked, and its addition only appears once your streak reaches that point. This kind of top sweepstakes casino daily login bonus rewards you simply for logging in each day.
Mail-in Sweeps Coins request
PICKEM Casino has a mail-in method that lets you request free SC by post. Sign into your account then select the Postal Code Request link on the homepage to generate a unique fourteen digit code, which stays active for thirty days. Write this code, alongside your full name, your registered email address, your registered username, and your registered address, onto a plain white four by six index card, in your own handwriting, in that exact order.
Sign the card, date it, and mail it inside a plain white number ten envelope to PICKEM’s official address. Each request through this method adds 2.00 Sweeps Coins to your account, with one request allowed per separate envelope.
Referral rewards
PICKEM lets you share a personal referral link with others. Once someone you invite registers and plays, you collect a percentage back on their activity for as long as they keep playing. That percentage climbs as your invited users increase, reaching 15% once you hit that threshold, and rising a further 10% once your own VIP Club level increases.
PICKEM calculates your weekly total using how much your invited users play, each game's own return to player figure, and your personal percentage rate. You can check your total at any point, and PICKEM sends it to you every week.
Does PICKEM Casino have a loyalty program?
PICKEM has a VIP Club that tracks every settled spin across Sweeps Coins and Gold Coins play, awarding one point per 1 Sweeps Coin, and one point per 100,000 Gold Coins.
| Tier Name | Criteria | VIP Gets |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0 to 499 | Weekly VIP reward rate: 2% |
| Silver | 500+ | Weekly VIP reward rate: 3% |
| Gold | 5,000+ | Weekly VIP reward rate: 4% |
| Sapphire | 50,000+ | Weekly VIP reward rate: 5% |
| Ruby | 500,000+ | Weekly VIP reward rate: 6% |
| Onyx | 1,500,000+ | Weekly VIP reward rate: 7% |
| Diamond | 5,000,000+ | Weekly VIP reward rate: 8% |
| GOAT | Invite only | Weekly VIP reward rate: 10% |
Eight tiers span Bronze through Silver, Gold, Sapphire, Ruby, Onyx, Diamond, and finally GOAT, which is invite-only at the very top. At Bronze, eligible Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin play can give back a small VIP reward. This starts at 2% and rises to 10% at GOAT.
Higher VIP tiers also add birthday gifts, faster support, and better affiliate rewards. Sweeps Coin VIP rewards are kept in a separate vault and can be claimed every Monday morning.
Two features unlock only once you reach the Ruby tier and above: a twenty four hour SC redemption window, and early access to new games before PICKEM adds them to the wider lobby. GOAT sits above every other tier, and you cannot request your way onto it. PICKEM selects its GOAT members by invite alone.
What are the optional Gold Coins bundle payment methods at PICKEM?
PICKEM Casino lets you buy optional Gold Coin bundles at any time. No bundle is ever required to take part in the sweepstakes, since every account already starts with its own bonus of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. You can use a card, choosing either Visa or Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay also work where they are supported. A bank transfer is available too, through either a standard ACH transfer or a wire transfer.
The Shop holds a set of one-time welcome GC packs ranging from $9.99 for 200,000 Gold Coins and 20 bonus Sweeps Coins to $44.99 for 750,000 Gold Coins and 75 bonus Sweeps Coins. Some sweepstakes casino promo codes unlock extra rewards during limited periods, but PICKEM's first time optional Gold Coin bundle welcome packs do not need one.
How do Sweeps Coins redemptions work at PICKEM Casino?
Redeeming a Sweeps Coins balance starts with a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins in the PICKEM Casino account, and account verification comes before the eligible Sweeps Coins are sent. Expect to upload a photo ID, a household bill for proof of address, and complete a selfie check to confirm the ID belongs to you.
PICKEM also enforces a playthrough requirement of at least one time for bonus SC before it becomes eligible for SC redemption, and that requirement can be set higher at the platform's discretion. Only slots and instant games count toward that requirement, since live dealer and table games are excluded from it entirely.
Once a request clears verification, two SC redemption methods exist. ‘Redeem to Card’ is the faster of the two, arriving instantly in most cases through Visa or Mastercard, with a push-to-Apple-Pay option listed as coming soon. ‘Redeem to Bank Account’ offers three speed tiers instead: a fastest option that is sent within an hour, a same-day option, and a standard option that takes one to three business days at the lowest fee.
What casino-style games did this PICKEM review find?

Explore diverse selection of casino-style games
PICKEM spreads its games across five categories: online slots, table games, live dealer games, PICKEM Originals, and arcade titles.
| Studio | Category | Games counted | Top titles |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 Oaks Gaming | Slots | 165+ | 15 Pearls, 3 Aztec Temples, 3 Hot Chillies, 4 Wolf Drums, Black Wolf 2, Coin Princess x1000 |
| Hacksaw Gaming | Slots (new releases) | 185+ | Ronin Stickwars, Le Bandit, Densho, Cursed Crypt, Zeus, Le Pharaoh |
| NetGaming | Slots | 78+ | Fireball Inferno Tiki, Zeus's Thunderbolt 5000, Fortune Gold Prosperity, Book of Dracula, Vegas Times, Wild Buffalo Bonanza |
| Novomatic | Slots | 32+ | 8 Bullets, Book of Flames, Bounty of the Seas 2, Coins of Fate, Phoenix Hotfire Xpand, Vault Lock |
PICKEM slots
Slots make up the bulk of the 1,000+ library, and four studios carry most of the weight. NetGaming, Novomatic, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming each supply a large number of online slots, while PICKEM's own Originals team adds a fifth column of house-made instant games that show up nowhere else. NetGaming, Novomatic, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming each bring a different style to the lobby. NetGaming has several bright, simple themes such as Fireball Inferno Tiki and Zeus's Thunderbolt 5000. Novomatic brings titles such as 8 Bullets and Phoenix Hotfire.
3 Oaks Gaming carries a large run of coin symbol collection slots, including 3 Pots of Egypt and 4 Wolf Drums. A small observation for anyone who plans to click through every tile; 3 Oaks Gaming lists several of its slots as matching pairs, so 3 Clover Pots sits next to a 4 Clover Pots, and 3 Pots of Egypt sits next to a 4 Pots of Egypt, same theme, one extra reel row.
Hacksaw Gaming, the newest addition to PICKEM, brings titles such as Le Bandit and Le Pharaoh. Every slot on PICKEM carries its own information screen. Tap the small icon on a game's cover before you load it, and that screen states the return to player amount and volatility rating for that specific title.
PICKEM table games
Away from the slot reels, the table games category holds more than 20 named titles. Table games bring familiar card and dice formats onto PICKEM, played against a set of fixed rules rather than a live dealer.
Blackjack Multihand Pro, American Blackjack, and a set of 360 Blackjack titles named Sunrise, Sunset, and Midday are all available in this category, alongside Virtual Dragon Tiger and Virtual Top Card. Baccarat and Three Card Poker round out the card games, while Dice Clash and Rocket Dice XY bring dice into the mix.
PICKEM live dealer games
Live dealer games stream a real dealer running the game in real time. This category sits further down the PICKEM lobby, separate from the standard table games covered above.
Gravity Blackjack, Live Roulette, Grand Bonus Baccarat, and Gravity Wheel headline this category. Auto Roulette, American Roulette, and European Mega Boost Roulette add three further ways to play roulette specifically, each running at a different pace or with a different rule set.
PICKEM Originals and arcade titles
Beyond outside studios, PICKEM has 18 exclusive titles. These can be found inside a category labeled PICKEM Originals, alongside a separate Arcade tab holding instant titles that finish in a single tap rather than a full spinning sequence.
PICKEM Originals include Crash, Plinko, Mines, Roulette, Dice, Keno, Limbo, HiLo, Baccarat, Blackjack, Coinflip, Cross the Road, and Cross the Lake. The arcade tab adds further instant titles such as Chicken Shot, Fishing Club, Avia Masters, Space XY, Diamond Mines, Retro Trader, Knock Knock, and Golden Pinata, each pairing a simple theme with a fast round.
How reliable is PICKEM's customer service?
Two channels handle support: live chat, run through an Intercom-powered assistant named Fin, and email. Fin answers instantly for anything covered in the Help Center, but a query outside that gets logged and passed along, with a reply time of one day.
One email query sent for this PICKEM review sat unanswered well past the 24-hour mark quoted on the support page, but the FAQ section covers everything from the difference between Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins to why a redeemable Sweeps Coin balance might read lower than a total available amount.
PICKEM Responsible gaming
PICKEM keeps a dedicated Responsible Gaming section, linked directly from its footer alongside its Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules. This section sets out how you can step back from play at any point on PICKEM, without needing a reason beyond your own choice.
An opt-out option is also inside PICKEM's own terms, letting you close your access for a set period or end your account entirely. Since PICKEM is a sweepstakes casino, none of this changes how Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins work day to day. These options simply give you an option to pause or stop playing casino-style games.
Final Thoughts: Is PICKEM Casino worth it?
PICKEM Casino’s game library justifies a look; 20 top software providers plus an eighteen-title Originals lineup and a variety of table games, live dealer tables, and arcade instant games, all organized neatly enough that finding a specific title takes seconds. For users installing the iOS app, there is a better welcome bonus than the standard sign-up reward.
Where it asks for patience is Sweeps Coins redemption. PICKEM requires a 1x playthrough before eligible Sweeps Coins can be redeemed. You must also complete a full identity check. Once those steps are done, processing can take up to 72 hours. Click the banners scattered across this page to lead you straight to registration, and the 50,000 Gold Coins plus 1 Sweeps Coin offer is available for all new users.
