Not available in all US statesIs Rolla Casino legit? Safety, licensing, and legal states
One thing you’d love about Rolla Casino is its security. The first thing that comes to mind when signing up for this site is whether it is safe to play. Fortunately, this site meets all the standards for a legitimate sweepstakes casino. There are no mysteries on the site, and it operates freely in US states where sweepstakes casinos are available.
If you’re new to the sweepstakes space, or you didn’t get the chance to read the LoneStar Casino review, you may not know how these sites operate. Sweepstakes casinos like Rolla Casino differ from traditional online casinos, as gameplay is always free and no purchase is required to play or win prizes. When you’re playing games on the site, you’ll do so using Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, which you can get for free in various bonuses like the welcome bonus.
Here’s a breakdown of how the virtual currency system works on the site:
This site is owned and operated by MW Services Limited, which holds relevant licenses to operate in 33 US states at the time of writing. The platform ensures that your data is kept safe by using standard 256-bit SSL and TLS encryption protocols.
The site also ensures that all games are provably fair, using certified Random Number Generators supplied by audited third-party game studios.
Is there a Rolla Casino app available for download?
Many players seek to access their account from their smartphones, as it gives them more flexibility to play. Currently, you won't be able to find a downloadable native app for Rolla Casino on either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, but don't let that worry you.
As opposed to having a dedicated mobile app, Rolla Casino has created a browser-based Progressive Web App (PWA) that is just as good as any other app out there. The mobile site runs smoothly on mobile Safari, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge as it uses HTML 5 software, and you can easily create a home screen shortcut on your mobile phone with one-tap access.
You’ll also find that all of the same features that are available on the desktop site are also available on the mobile app. This means that you are still able to purchase optional Gold Coin packages, redeem eligible Sweeps Coins, and play all of the same games while you’re out and about.

Rolla Casino bonuses for new players
New players who register at Rolla Casino will be happy to hear that you’ll find generous bonus options available for you to claim right away that can boost your initial balance of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
Sites like Rolla Casino, including the ones in this new sweepstakes casinos list, offer these bonuses to encourage players to join their site. Here are some of the offers to expect at Rolla.
Free welcome bonus
The first bonus option that Rolla Casino offers new players is their free welcome bonus that includes 500,000 Gold Coins and 10 Sweeps Coins. What’s great about this bonus is that you won’t need to track down any sweeps casino promo codes to receive your rewards. You simply need to be located in an eligible state and be able to complete your verification requirements to receive the bonus game tokens.
This is one of the most generous amounts of SC that you’re likely to find in a welcome package, which makes this offer one that is really worth paying attention to. You won’t find a dedicated sweeps casino free spins bonus here, but the bonus can be used to spin on slots for free.
Optional first GC package purchase offer
As well as the generous welcome offer, Rolla Casino includes an optional first GC package purchase bonus that allows new users to receive 1,500,000 Gold Coins and 30 free Sweeps Coins for $9.99. To receive a similar amount of virtual currency for the same price, you would normally have to send around $14.99, which shows that this is heavily discounted.
It’s important to reiterate that this bonus is entirely optional, and that gameplay is always available for free on the site through various promotions. This bonus is great for customers who may be planning on purchasing GC packages at some point in the future, as it gives you a large discount.
Ongoing promotions for existing players
If you’re a fan of receiving rewards that go beyond the welcome offers, you’ll be happy to know that there are a bunch of Rolla Casino promotions that existing players can get involved in.
These latest Rolla Casino promo offers vary significantly in what they require you to do, so here’s a closer look at how the best ones work.
Is there a Rolla Casino loyalty program?
On top of all the promotions covered in this review so far, there’s also a great VIP program available at Rolla Casino that is one of the more generous programs that are currently available anywhere.
Their program is called the High Rolla VIP club, and it consists of six progressive tiers. As you play games on the site with either GC or SC, you’ll receive VIP points that contribute to reaching the next level.
Each time you go up a level, your daily login bonus and rebate percentages climb higher, which will ultimately see you get more rewards in the long run. Higher levels in the program also receive optional GC package discounts and priority support.
Here’s a full breakdown of how the system works:
| Tier Name | Criteria | VIP Gets |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Star | Play games to accumulate points and climb the tiers. | 0.20 Sweeps Coins Daily Login Reward and 2% Weekly Rollback rebate |
| 2 Star | Play games to accumulate points and climb the tiers. | 0.50 Sweeps Coins Daily Login Reward and 3% Weekly Rollback rebate |

Purchasing optional GC packages at Rolla Casino
As was mentioned previously, because Rolla Casino is a sweepstakes site, it doesn’t allow you to make deposits. Instead, you are able to purchase additional Gold Coin packages.
If you’re looking to purchase any optional Gold Coin packages, then it’s always good to know that the platform uses trusted and reliable payment providers. Thankfully, at Rolla Casino, they only offer payment options that everyone is familiar with, which allows you to rest assured.
The current payment options on the site include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Trustly
- Skrill
The available Gold Coin package prices range from $1.99 USD up to $99.99 USD. At the time of writing, Rolla does not charge any internal merchant processing fees on transactions.
For Gold Coin package purchases, the payments are all processed instantly, which means that you just need to select a payment provider that aligns with your personal preferences.
Prize redemptions at Rolla Casino
Redeeming Sweeps Coins for real prizes at Rolla Casino is about as easy as it gets.
Before you worry about any of the prizes, the first thing that you need to make sure of is that your Sweeps Coins that you received in bonuses have met the minimum playthrough requirements. At Rolla Casino, you only need to play your Sweeps Coins through once, and then they become eligible for redemption.
As well as that, you just need to make sure that you have enough of them in your account balance before you make a redemption request, and that you have completed the KYC verification process to show that you live in a state where it is available, and that you’re of appropriate gaming age for that state.
To redeem your eligible Sweeps Coins for gift cards, you need at least 50 in your account. For cash redemptions, you will need to have at least 100.
SC redemption payment options and processing times
The processing times will vary depending on what payment method you choose. Gift cards are processed the quickest, and they arrive within 24 to 48 hours. For cash prize redemptions, you’ll find that Skrill is the quickest, taking between 24 and 72 hours, and bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days. Keep in mind that your first SC redemption may take a few extra days for identity checks, but future requests clear much faster.
Gift cards require a minimum of 50 eligible Sweeps Coins. Cash prize redemptions require at least 100 Sweeps Coins. You must complete a 1x playthrough on promotional tokens before requesting a SC redemption. Daily redemptions are capped at 10,000 Sweeps Coins.
Rolla Casino games library
When it comes to the games that are available for you to play at Rolla Casino, there’s a lot of good things to talk about. The platform currently hosts between 1,600 and 1,800 titles, which easily puts it on par with the top best sweepstakes casinos in the country in terms of the size of the game library.
Their slots catalog covers virtually every mechanic you could want, as you can play everything including Megaways titles, Hold and Win mechanics, cascading reel games, classic three-reel machines, and bonus-buy options. They also have all of these games neatly categorized by their gameplay style, which makes them easy to find when you’re looking for a new game to play.
To ensure that their customers are receiving the best games that are currently on offer, Rolla partners with well-known software studios including:
- Hacksaw Gaming
- Betsoft
- Evoplay
- BGaming
- Big Time Gaming
- NetGaming
- Booming Games
- Slotmill
Their library also includes a range of casual multiplier games and arcade shooting titles in the lobby, so there really is a great game variety that will keep everything interesting every time you play. With that being said, there are a few notable gaps, as Rolla Casino does not offer live dealer lobbies, RNG table games like blackjack or roulette, as well as video poker machines.
Overall, if you love spinning slot reels, you will love what this site has to offer.

Rolla Casino customer support
Rolla Casino’s customer support options cover all of the bases that you will ever need if you run into any trouble while using the site.
For immediate support, the site offers a chat window that is run by an automated AI bot. This bot handles simple questions about Terms and Conditions or verification rules well, but it cannot resolve complex account disputes. While this may not be what you wanted to hear, the site has included an email support system that is designed to handle more complicated problems.
On top of these options, the site also features a player-to-player community chat in the lobby, which provides a fun space to discuss topics with other players, but it is not an official help desk. You can also browse the self-service FAQ and Help Center to find guides on account setup, sweeps rules, and SC redemption requirements.
