Crypto.com Referral Code 2026

The Crypto.com referral code currently unlocks up to $100 for both the person signing up and the one who referred them, and it's paid out across crypto trading milestones and a separate Level Up requirement.

But it doesn't apply to prediction markets. That’s because the referral program and the prediction markets part of the site are completely separate Crypto.com products, and have their own onboarding, funding and eligibility rules. But let’s look at how the referral milestones work, what trading activity does qualify and how prediction markets fit into the overall picture.

Get up to $100 with your referrals

The US falls into Crypto.com's tier 1 referral group, and the reward is milestone-based rather than a flat bonus like might see with a Crypto.com promo code.

Four trading milestones, plus a separate $25 Level Up reward

Both the referrer and the referee can collect rewards when the new account hits certain crypto-trading volume thresholds within 30 days of KYC approval. The maximum trading volume reward per referral is $75, but a separate $25 Level Up reward is also available to both traders when the new account makes a trade or subscribes to an annual Level Up Pro plan and reserves a Metal Crypto.com Visa card. That brings the combined potential up to $100 per person.

Trading volume (USD equivalent)Reward per person
$100$5
$500$15
$1,000$25
$5,000$75

Crypto trades count, but stocks, stablecoins and predictions don't

Only eligible cryptocurrency transactions count toward the milestones with the 30-day clock starting at the time KYC is approved. Eligible volume includes one-time crypto orders, recurring crypto orders, target orders and purchases made with fiat, existing crypto, credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stocks and stablecoins won’t count, with event contracts and prediction market trades absent from the qualifying list too.

Pros and cons of Crypto.com referral code

Pros

Both referrer and referee collect rewards Up to $100 value per person Multiple milestone tiers with increasing rewards

Cons

Prediction trades don't count toward milestones

Predict trades don't qualify, but the referral reward can still fund your account

The Crypto.com referral code and prediction markets are connected through the same Crypto.com app, but they work under completely different rules.

The referral code applies to your main Crypto.com account, but prediction trading is run through a separate entity called Crypto.com Derivatives North America (CDNA). This part of the site has its own onboarding, own funding requirements and own rules. You can indirectly use the reward you receive from referrals to fund trading on prediction markets, but the referral milestones themselves have nothing to do with event contracts.

The bonus you receive from a referral can be converted into USD through Crypto Funding and deposited into your prediction markets Cash Account. There's technically a connection between the two, but just to reiterate, the referral code isn't a prediction market bonus and the referral reward won't appear in your Cash Account automatically. You need to convert it yourself at the current exchange rate, and the USD value you end up with will depend on the current conversion rate.

The referral code doesn't create or approve your Crypto.com Predict account and it happens independently inside the app. To sign up, open the app, go to the Predict tab, set up a USD Cash Account, accept the derivatives terms and wait for in-app and email approval before taking any positions on contracts.

How to use a Crypto.com referral code

The rewards from the referral program will land in your main wallet in the Crypto.com app, so turning this into USD you can use through your Cash Account takes a few steps.

  1. Click the banners on this page. Click one of the banners on this page, which will take you to the main Crypto.com site. From there, download the app and complete the sign-up process with your email, phone number, password, a government-issued photo ID and a selfie to confirm you meet the Crypto.com age requirement. Once your KYC is approved, the 30-day window to hit the trading volume milestone will begin.
  2. Hit a trading volume milestone to collect referral rewards. Trade eligible cryptocurrency within 30 days of KYC approval to reach at least the first milestone tier. Once you pass the threshold, Crypto.com will deposit the reward into both yours and the referrer's wallet within 24 hours. Once you've reached the milestone, tap into your balance and check the reward is there.
  3. Convert the rewards to USD through Crypto Funding. Check your balance and select the option to sell or convert. You'll need to choose USD as the receiving currency and confirm the transaction. It will be converted at the current market rate and the USD will land in your fiat wallet inside the app. Just note, the amount you'll receive will depend entirely on the current price when you convert it.
  4. Open the Predict tab and set up your Cash Account. Head to the prediction market side within the app. If this is your first time accessing prediction markets, you'll need to set up a USD Cash Account and follow the steps mentioned earlier. This is a completely separate onboarding process from your main Crypto.com account, so be prepared for additional verification steps for CDNA approval.
  5. Deposit USD into the Cash Account. Once your Cash Account is approved, transfer the USD from your fiat wallet into it. Your Cash Account is fully collateralized, meaning every dollar you deposit in there will be available for taking positions on contracts. Select your deposit amount and confirm the transfer.
  6. Place your first prediction market trade. With USD now in your Cash Account, you're ready to search the available prediction markets and place contracts. Choose a category, take a Yes or No position on the outcome, set your order type and contract quantity, then submit.

Prediction market payouts, prices and order types

Making prediction market trades on Crypto.com is completely different from making regular trades or using a Polymarket with a referral code, and it's important to understand the differences.

A $0.65 price implies a 65% probability

Every prediction market on Crypto.com is built around a Yes/No contract, and you pick whether an outcome will happen or not. The contracts are priced between $0.01 and $0.99 with contracts paying $1 if you win and $0 if you're wrong.

The price you pay for a contract reflects what the market-implied probability is of whether that outcome will happen, so a $0.65 Yes contract price tells you other traders think there's a 65% chance of that outcome happening. Your maximum loss on any position is whatever you paid for the contract plus any applicable Crypto.com fees.

Market orders prioritize speed

There are two ways to enter a position, market orders and limit orders. Market orders execute immediately at the best available price, so if only part of your order can be filled at the current price, it will fill partially and the rest is canceled. Limit orders work differently because you can set an exact price you want to take a position with, and the order will only fill when someone on the other side of the market matches it.

Market orders get you contracts right away but you may pay a little more than expected, limit orders give you the exact price you want but may take time to fill if the market liquidity isn't available.

Sports, politics, finance and culture markets available

Crypto.com offers several prediction market categories, but the contracts you can access depend on your location, regardless of whether Polymarket is available there.

Game results, spreads and player props

Crypto.com covers all of the major US leagues including NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL alongside college football and basketball. You can access contract types across game winners, point spreads, totals and individual player props. These contracts settle based on official results and you can take a position on games days or even weeks before they start.

But the prices shift as the market reacts to injury news, lineup changes and public opinion. Playoffs and other major events like the Super Bowl tend to carry much more liquidity than a random Tuesday night regular season game with sports markets.

Elections, Fed decisions and economic releases

You can take positions on presidential elections, congressional races, Federal Reserve interest rate decisions and economic data releases like GDP or jobs reports. These types of contracts usually move slowly over a few weeks or months compared to sports events that settle in just a few hours, so the holding period and the way you consider a position look completely different.

Political markets tend to react sharply to debate performances, polling data and endorsements, which ultimately create short-term price swings even on contracts that won't settle for months.

Prize thresholds and entertainment outcomes

You can take a Yes/No position on crypto, FX, commodity and index contracts based on specific price thresholds being hit by a certain date. With culture markets, you can take a position on things like award show outcomes, entertainment milestones and even viral moments. But the liquidity on culture contracts tends to be much thinner than sports or politics.

Fund your Predict account with rewards from your referral code

The current Crypto.com referral code is a legitimate way to collect rewards through the Crypto.com app's trading milestone structure, awarding up to $100 in combined value for new accounts. You can then convert the reward into USD to use in your Cash Account for prediction markets, but it will take you an extra few steps.

To get started with your referral code, click one of the banners on this page and check the latest terms before you start trading.

Crypto.com referral code FAQ’s

No, there isn't a single code. Every existing user has their own unique referral code in the Invite a Friend section.

No, not under the standard milestone reward program. Only qualifying cryptocurrency transactions count towards the trading volume milestones.

Indirectly, yes. The referral rewards can be converted into USD through Crypto Funding and deposited into your USD Cash Account that can then be used for prediction trading. But the referral reward itself is not prediction market credit.
