Is Upper Deck e-Pack Legit?

Upper Deck might not have been around quite as long as Topps, but it’s still one of the most respected names in the trading cards realm. This should inspire you with plenty of confidence about the kind of service that you will get on its card ripping site, and here are a few more reasons to trust Upper Deck e-Pack:

  • US availability: It’s important to clarify that Upper Deck e-Pack is available in all states across the US. After all, there isn’t any real money gambling here, as it’s simply a card ripping site.
  • Website encryption: You will be glad to see that the brand’s website uses all of the industry-standard SSL encryption to make sure that your payments and potentially sensitive personal information are kept under lock and key.
  • Authenticity: All of the cards at Upper Deck e-Packs are officially licensed and authentic collectibles. This means that you will be ripping cards of real value and the physical product can be securely shipped to your home address.

A quick Upper Deck e-Pack review for mobile-friendliness

Upper Deck e-Pack doesn’t currently have any mobile app which might seem to put it at a disadvantage with many other card rip brands. However, you will be pleased to find that Upper Deck has made sure that its website has been created so as to be fully usable from the browser of any modern iOS or Android device.

As soon as you load up the site from the small screen, you will see that you can simply sign up or sign in via the icon at the top of the homepage, and then you can hit the Shop icon to see the currently available packs. These can be browsed according to a range of logical genres such as football, gaming, entertainment DC and so on.

By clicking on any pack, you will see the prices for individual packs, boxes and cases, and you will get a detailed description of the series and key cards contained within. There's also a handy odds section that details what your chances are of ripping certain cards, and the Exclusives tab reveals how you can collect and combine certain cards to claim an e-Pack exclusive card.

Purchasing the cards is refreshingly simple as you just have to tap the Add to Cart or Buy Now buttons, and then pick your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. All of the other aspects of the site such as accessing the marketplace and contacting customer support are only ever a couple of clicks away. So that whether you want to rip via your computer, smartphone or tablet, Upper Deck e-Pack will make it easy.

All about the Upper Deck e-Pack welcome offer

Upper Deck e-Pack has put on a handsome sign up bonus that you can get for signing up to its site. It’s a deal that will simply give you one free pack, and you just have to keep logging in to get a daily free pack every day after that. What's best is that you even get to decide which daily free pack you want to get. Here are the current options:

  • 2024-25 Upper Deck Extended Series
  • 2025-26 Upper Deck Series 1 Hockey
  • 2026 Goodwin Champions
  • 2024 Upper Deck AEW
  • 2025-26 MVP Hockey
  • 2025-26 Upper Deck Series 2 Hockey

While all of this is impressive, it’s worth noting that all of these packs will only contain digital cards that cannot be shipped. Still, there should be little stopping you from trading in the digital cards at the marketplace to get credit to use for soccer card rips online or pretty much any other kind of ripping at this site. So with that in mind, here’s a reminder of the key features of this welcome offer.

Is this really a Upper Deck e-Pack no deposit bonus?

While it’s entirely free to get these daily free pack deals, it’s best not to confuse them with no deposit bonuses. This is because you cannot make deposits at Upper Deck e-Pack, as the brand will not let you hold a cash balance on its site. Instead, you will only be able to make one-off purchases. So while these deals are free to get, it would be wrong to call them ‘no deposit bonuses’.

Examining the other deals at Upper Deck e-Pack

Most of the special offers for existing customers at Upper Deck e-Pack will be hosted on the brand’ news pages and social media channels. Such deals will be changing on an ongoing basis, and here are a few examples of the kinds of promos that you could soon be getting:

Leaderboard challenges

This is where you have to get a good enough spot on the weekly leaderboard to win some limited-edition cards. For example, a recent MVP Hockey Pack Wars contest saw the winners being rewarded with cards like the Red Auto Parallel - Nikolaj Ehlers #’d to 5, the Orange Parallel - Rookie SP - Graeme Clarke #'d to 100, and so on.

Inscribed cards

Upper Deck e-Packs also gives you the chance to get special inscriptions on specific cards as part of various social media promos. A recent card for Ivan Demidov featured this kind of inscription and made it a must-have for all Montreal Canadiens fans.

Email promos

It's worth noting that if you sign up to Upper Deck e-Pack's email newsletter you could also receive perks like member discounts on various packs, exclusive deals and access to limited releases of ultra-rare cards.

Pack discounts

Don't forget that Upper Deck e-Packs will also frequently offer you discounted prices on certain packs. For example, at the time of writing this review the 2023-24 DC Annual pack had a 25% reduction meaning that you could get it for just $6.99 per pack.

Is there a Upper Deck e-Pack rewards program?

Upper Deck e-Pack has a form of rewards program that gives you 'Achievements' for carrying out certain tasks such as collecting exclusive cards and badges. You can see these Achievements in the Collect area of the site, and from here you just have to collect Achievements to potentially redeem them for various cards. A great reason to stick around at Upper Deck e-Pack.

You will obviously need to spend your own cash to make those hockey card rips at Upper Deck e-Pack, and the brand thankfully features a variety of trusted payment providers. This means that you can make your purchases with major card brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as the PayPal ewallet.

Obviously the cost of each pack will vary dramatically, but some of the cheapest packs start out at just $6.99. Your payments should go through instantly and there shouldn’t be any hidden charges.

Making withdrawals and shipping your cards from Upper Deck e-Pack

Once you have made your vintage sports card rips from Upper Deck e-Pack, you’ll get the option to have the card shipped to your home address. These shipments are made by Check Out My Cards and you can follow the links to that brand’s site to see how your shipping fees will be calculated along with information about processing times.

Are there any TCG cards at Upper Deck e-Pack?

One area where Upper Deck e-Pack falls down is that it doesn’t have much in the way of TCG cards. While there is a TCG card tab on the site, this is just home to a few packs for Neopets and Rush of Ikorr. This means that you’ll have to look elsewhere for rips for Pokemon and Magic, and any of the brands featured in this guide to the best OnePiece card rips sites should be checked out too.

Trading your cards

Another cool feature about Upper Deck e-Pack is the fact that you can also trade each card that you rip. This can be done in the marketplace under the Trade tab. Here you will get to see all of the other customers' cards that are up for grabs, and you'll find it easy to put in your offers, accept bids and so on. Plus you can even rate each trade to ensure everyone knows how good your trading is.

All about those Pack Wars

In the Shop you will notice that certain packs have a Pack Wars label on them. By purchasing one of these packs, you can then go into the Pack Wars lobby to either send or accept a challenge. From here you can then engage in a Pack War where you basically have to pick one card that's the best fit for a specific statistic. Once done, your cards will be revealed and the person with the best statistics will win a random bonus trading card. The nice thing here is that no one will lose any cards, regardless of what happens in the Pack War.

Don't forget the e-Pack forum

It's also worth noting that Upper Deck also has a dedicated e-Pack forum on its site that's well worth a closer look. After all, it's here that you will learn about all of the latest packs that are causing a stir as well as which cards you should be hunting down.

These forums can be found under the Connect tab and they are split up into the relevant Sports and Entertainment sections. There are various other social features here such as having the option to build up a friends list and send posts on the Message Center. Great for discovering who you should be trading with.

A good Upper Deck e-Pack review for customer care

All of the best card rips sites will be able to take care of their customers, and it’s good to find that Upper Deck e-Pack has a friendly and responsive customer service team.

All that you have to do is to click on the Contact Us tab in the site footer and this will bring up a form that you can use to send in your queries. It’s also worth noting that the website also contains a lengthy FAQ that is full of detailed answers about a massive range of topics.

Staying safe at Upper Deck e-Pack

It can take a fair amount of self-control not to get carried away when enjoying UFC card rips online, and so it’s smart to see what Upper Deck e-Pack is willing to do to help. While the brand has a handy ‘lock’ feature that’ll stop you accidentally selling any of your cards in the marketplace, there isn’t anything on hand to keep your ripping in check. As such, you will have to be careful to set your own limits and take a break if you feel like you are spending too long on your card rips.
