How the Hard Rock Bet Loyalty Program Works

Almost every real-money wager you place through Hard Rock Bet, whether it be on sports or casino games, earns three types of points or credits simultaneously:

One major downside, which is becoming increasingly common with online betting loyalty programs, is that Hard Rock does not publish a firm earn rate and reserves the right to change earn rates at any time without notice.

We do know that earn rates vary by bet type, odds, and casino game, but without the exact details, there’s no easy way to plan your path to reaching Unity’s upper echelon of rewards.

Hard Rock Bet Legendary Reward Drops

Legendary Reward Drops is a monthly reward system and the part of Hard Rock’s loyalty program that provides the most immediate benefits.

The highlight is a guaranteed Reward Drop each Thursday. Each Reward Drop is personalized and may include bonus bets, no-sweat parlays, exclusive promotions, Unity Points, casino rewards, and more.

Bettors can progress through eight levels based on the number of Level Credits earned over the last month. Every member begins at Level 1 and fills a monthly progress bar to unlock higher levels and better rewards.

As you move up in levels, you’ll receive increasingly valuable rewards. Higher levels provide:

Your Level Credits balance resets on the 1^st of every month, but you keep each level for a full additional month. In other words, when you reach a new level, you keep it through the end of the following month.

The multiplier determines how many Unity Points members receive from qualifying activity. For example, bets that you place while at Level 5 earn five times as many points as those same wagers placed at Level 1.

How to Earn Level Credits

You earn Level Credits for nearly every cash wager you place on sports and casino games with Hard Rock Bet. However, the earn rate is opaque and varies depending on the wager amount, odds, bet type, and casino game.

Weekly Drops

Every Thursday, Unity rewards members can open a Reward Drop inside the app’s rewards tab. The reward’s contents are based on your level as of Wednesday at midnight, and each Drop expires the following Wednesday at midnight.

Drops contain at least one reward at Levels 1-5 and at least two rewards at Level 6 and above. The types of rewards vary but can include:

Flash Drops

How to Earn Unity Tier Credits

Hard Rock does not state exactly how it calculates points per wager, but it’s safe to assume that larger wagers, bets with higher hold percentages (e.g., parlays), and casino games with higher house advantages earn more points. Beyond that, figuring out the fastest way to earn your way into the next level is an exercise in trial and error.

Tier Credits serve no spending purpose; they exist solely to determine your annual status. Your Tier Credits balance resets every January 1^st, so you’ll have to re-earn your status each calendar year.

Hard Rock Bet Rewards Store

The Rewards Store is where you can redeem your Unity Points inside the app. It offers a variety of rewards organized into six categories:

How to Earn Unity Points

Nearly every real-money bet on the Hard Rock Bet app earns Unity Points at a rate determined by two factors:

• The base earn rate: Varies by bet type, odds, and casino game
• Your Legendary Reward Drops level: Multiplies the base rate from 1x at Level 1 up to 8x at Signature Level

For example, if you place a wager that earns 10 points at the base earn rate, and you’re currently at Level 3 Legendary Drop Rewards (comes with a 3x multiplier), you’ll earn 30 points for that wager.

Unfortunately, Hard Rock does not disclose how it calculates the base earn rate for Unity Points. As is the case with Unity Tier Credits and Level Credits, the working assumption is that bigger wagers and higher house edges generate bigger earn rates.

However, bettors can use the points calculator in the app’s rewards tab to estimate how many points they’ll earn for any planned wager.

Hard Rock’s terms and conditions page also includes an example that provides some insight into the earn rate and shows the multiplier at work: a $500 wager at +200 odds earns 15 Unity Points at Level 1 and 75 Unity Points at Level 5.
