AGA Have A Game Plan Responsible Gambling Campaign

The AGA launched the “Have A Game Plan, Bet Responsibly” (haveagameplan.org) campaign in late 2019, and it has picked up some high-profile partners during the campaign’s existence.
Major sports leagues, sports betting operators, broadcasting networks, and payment processors have all become Have A Game Plan partners.
What Is The Have a Game Plan Campaign?
“Have A Game Plan” is a national, coordinated effort spearheaded by the AGA to highlight responsible gambling in a time of rapid gambling expansion.
Have A Game Plan promotes four key ways to bet on sports responsibly:
- Keep it affordable: set a budget and stick to it
- Keep it social: watch and wager with friends, family, and colleagues
- Be informed: understand the odds so you can appreciate the amount of risk involved
- Keep it legal: bet with licensed operators only; unlicensed sportsbooks lack responsible gambling measures and expose bettors to fraud risk
