iRush Rewards Snapshot

iRush Rewards is a three-part loyalty program that rewards members via the following mechanisms:

Customers advance through the rewards program by earning points:

  • iRR Loyalty Level Points: BetRivers Loyalty Level Points (LLPs) move players up through the nine Loyalty Levels
  • iRR Tier Points: BetRivers Tier Points (TPs) move players up through the three Tier statuses
  • iRR Bonus Store Points: Bonus Store Points (BSPs) may be redeemed in the Bonus Store

Loyalty Levels and Tiers are overlapping statuses that work in conjunction together. As customers move up in Loyalty Levels, they also advance through the three Tiers at the same rate. For example, a customer who earns 5,000 LLPs will have also earned 5,000 TPs during that time. That’s enough to qualify them for Loyalty Level 4 and Platinum Tier rewards.

The difference is that customers can drop Loyalty Levels based on their 60-day average activity levels, but their Tier rewards remain in place for a minimum of six months and up to one year even if they place zero wagers.

How to Earn iRush Rewards Points

BetRivers Customers earn Loyalty Level Points (LLPs), Tier Points (TPs), and Bonus Store Points (BSPs) simultaneously and at identical rates based on their wagering activity.

For example, a BetRivers customer who places a $100 straight bet on any event would earn all of the following:

  • 10 LLPs
  • 10 TPs
  • 10 BSPs

The earn rate for iRush Rewards Points is the same for customers at all Tiers and Loyalty Levels. A customers at Loyalty Level 1 may not get as many benefits as someone at Loyalty Level 9, but they’ll earn Rewards Points just as quickly. BetRivers Sportsbook customers earn LLPs, TPs, and BSPs at a flat rate for straight bets and a tiered rate for parlays. The more legs in a parlay, the more points it earns.

Once caveat: Only wagers with odds of -250 or greater earn points. That means a straight bet or parlay with final odds of -250, -110, +110, +220, +300, etc. would qualify, while a bet with final odds of -300 or -400 would not.

Using BetRivers Bonus Store Points

As the name implies, Bonus Store Points (BSPs) are for customers to use in the BetRivers Bonus Store. Bettors can visit the Bonus Store to exchange BSPs for exclusive promotions and other rewards:

When bettors exchange BSPs for bonus money, BetRivers issues the bonus for customers to keep until they’re ready to use it. BetRivers offers bettors several different ways to convert their points to bonuses:

  • Straight conversions: Bettors can convert a set number of points to a preset bonus amount. For instance 200 BSPs can be converted directly to $2.50 bonus cash
  • Wheel Spins: Bettors pay BSPs to spin a wheel, and win a random bonus from a range of bonuses. The more BSPs spent, the higher the floor/ceiling. A 300 BSP Wheel Spin awards between $3 – $20, while a 1,000 BSP spin awards between $10 – $50.
  • Scratch Cards: Similar to Wheel Spins in that they award dynamic bonuses. The only difference is the mini-game.

Some Bonus Store items are locked until a player reaches a certain loyalty tier. These VIP items tend to offer more value per BSP spent.

Bettors can log in and visit the “My Bonus Bank” area to see their current bonus money balance and redeem any outstanding bonuses.

Bettors can exchange BSPs for bonus bets to use on any sports betting market in lieu of deposited cash. BetRivers customers may only use bonus bets on wagers with odds of -200 or longer (e.g., -200, -110, +300, etc.), and bonus bets only return the net profit as winnings.

The BetRivers Bonus Store offers profit boosts ranging from 15% to 25%. When players select profit boosts, they can apply them to any wager to increase the payout by up to 25% if it wins. Profit boosts at the lower end cost just 100 BSPs and offer up to $25 in additional winnings, while higher-end profit boosts provide up to $500 in additional winnings.

In select states, BetRivers hosts Bingo games. These usually go off about once per hour, but the exact times are determined randomly.

Bingo games are free to enter, but players will need a Bingo Token to secure their seats. These are typically earned through placing casino wagers, but can also be purchased from the Bonus Store in packages of 3,5, and 10.

How the BetRivers VIP Program Works

The BetRivers iRush Rewards program consists of nine Loyalty Levels overlapped by three Tiers.

Each Loyalty Level offers a specific set of rewards and benefits that become increasingly valuable as customers advance to higher levels. Members advance from Level 1 through 9 by earning Loyalty Level Points (LLPs).

At the same time, customers advance through three Tiers that unlock additional rewards. BetRivers customers advance to higher tiers by earning Tier Points (TPs).

Members earn LLPs and TPs simultaneously, so their Loyalty Level always coincides with their Tier status:

  • Loyalty Levels 0-3: Gold Tier
  • Loyalty Levels 4-6: Platinum Tier
  • Loyalty Levels 7-9: Black Tier

The critical difference between the two is this:

  • Loyalty Level: Determined by a 60-day rolling average of accumulated LLPs; customers will begin dropping Loyalty Levels after 60 days if they don’t maintain consistent wagering activity
  • Tier Status: Determined by TPs accumulated over two six-month periods each year; once a customer achieves a Tier status, they maintain its benefits for the rest of the current six-month period plus the following six-month period (up to one year in total)

If this all sounds unnecessarily complicated, that’s because iRush Rewards didn’t always work this way. BetRivers introduced Tiers in 2024 in response to customer feedback requesting a more consistent rewards program, specifically one with benefits that doesn’t expire as quickly if customers don’t maintain their activity levels.

BetRivers met them in the middle by introducing Tiers and Tier Points. Now, BetRivers iRush Rewards members can aim for a Tier status and know they’ll keep it for at least six months.

Below is a summary of the perks customers receive at each VIP level. In addition to the perks outlined below, bettors gain access to more valuable rewards inside the Bonus Store as they move up in tiers. Each tier provides the same perks as the lower tiers, plus extras.

LLPs earned in the past 30 days contribute 100% toward a player’s status. However, LLPs earned between 31-60 days ago are deducted from player accounts at a rate of 1/30th the number of points earned during that window.

As an example, if a player accumulated 900 points in the 31-60 day window, 30 points would be deducted today.

Each customer’s Tier status lasts for the end of the current earning period and one additional earning period. Each earning period lasts six months, so customers keep their Tier status for a minimum of six months and up to one year.
